I complained but they told me thats it really popular... really? anybody? Its the same as charging me $4 for a packet of hot chocolate, insane! If you want a really good chai go to nobrow, its made in the shop with some cold drip thingie and spiced by the owner. plus I really am disliking the cookie-cutter-designed-by-the-marketing-department coffee shop that is opening every 6 months, no personality! Although I have to say they sent me a coupon for a free drink to make up for the chai.

Went to get some bagels for our office today. Beans and Brew said they only had three left. On a Monday morning something tells me they should be freshly stalked, or at least so to Fresh Market across the street and buy some. Not only did they have three bagels, they were so stale and hard that we couldnt even eat them. Im so disappointed.

This is one of the best in town!! They are kind, fun, and they are fast with your orders. They are all nice to talk to, professional, and they have always gotten my order right. This is one happy customer and I will be back!!

Absolutely disgusting coffee! I made it through two sips, never again will I go to a beans and brews. The kid behind the counter was incredibly disrespectful and obviously doesnt understand how to interact with people.

I have only seen Beans and Brews in Utah, where the Mormon prophet Joseph Smith banned coffee in the word of wisdom. Thank God for iced coffee, which isnt a hot drink.
