I havent had bad experiences at other Einsteins around Salt Lake, but this location just doesnt seem to have it together. They mess up our order almost every time we visit, and they are very rude if they have to make adjustments for THEIR mistakes. This place has needed a new manager for months. Drive a few extra miles to a different location for better service and better food preparation.

With one exception, the service here is awful. Employees look annoyed from the moment youre in the door. How a bagel shop could so frequently run out of the most popular items is completely beyond me - theyre constantly out of multiple things by 10AM, if not earlier. Hows that even possible? Its really not hard to run a bagel shop, this place needs new blood.

Every time I go in there are 5 or 6 employees standing around while it takes 25 minutes to put out a bagel sandwich. Coffee is always empty as is the cream Always a line 10 people deep while not one employee attends to the line

Last time I came in with my youngest kid for a quick breakfast sandwich and he literally said "promise to not take me here again". This location just isnt very good to me...the employees are very friendly though.

Showed up at 5:55 AM (they open at 5) and the doors were locked and open sign turned off. Knocked several times and the sole employee just walked around the back counter refusing to acknowledge we were there.

The manager is super bubbly and nice. Unfortunately, thats the only positive thing I can say about the store. Unless you get there in the first hour, expect them to only have two or three bagel options.

GREAT staff very friendly, and polite. The food here is fantastic as well, they do get very busy on the weekend so you can expect to wait a few minutes, but it is well worth it.
