**Note, I am only giving this rate for THIS experience** I like to go to this location about 2-3 times a week. 90% of the time, everything is fine. There has only been a handful of times when my order hasnt been right, but it wasnt that far off, that it was ok with me. Today, I ran through the drive thru and ordered the following "Iced, Decaf, Americano with a splash of heavy cream and 2 pumps Sugar Free Vanilla." I was in a hurry to get to work, so, as I pulled out of the drive thru, no longer at the window, I looked at my cup. It was a "Cold Brew, No water, Heavy Cream, Regular Vanilla". The line in the drive thru was long and I didnt have time to go back through or even go in, to get the right order. I totally understand human error, hard to hear through the drive thru window and such. So, I make sure to tell my order loud and slow. But, I feel like with how much their products cost, I should not get an order of something not even close to what I ordered. Super disappointed. But my co-worker who is drinking the drink I ordered, isnt.

It was okay, but they can do better, I order one moca frapuchino with extra caramel and vanilla and its not the first time this happens they make three frapuchino and one of each flavor, and I order one with all the flavors together, when I go any places in California I always get what I order even at the first time I order there, I think they need to train your employees better. When they hear one flavor they think is one frapuchino for each flavor and there is a lot people who order with more than one favor three, four, five, it is really funny because they mark all the favors in the cup and they still make it three frapuchinos one for each flavor

A manager at this starbucks named Heather Dewhamel ruined my experience here. She not only was rude but was judgmental and discriminating towards me and my friend when we placed our order. Instead of being nice, like the usual barista is, she decided to offer terrible service and an attitude that needed to be left at home. She barely even took our order. And I believe she made our drinks wrong on purpose because they tasted like crap. I will never be going back to this place again and I do not recommend it. Especially if you are not white because apparently that matters to this lady.

Normally when I get a puppuccino for my dog along with the drinks I order, I get a whole small cup with whipped cream. This Starbucks gave me barely a dollop of whipped cream on a lid. My dog noticed, he tried to steal whipped cream from my husbands Frappuccino . Ive also noticed they skimp a little with their normal drinks too. Im usually always missing a half inch or more before my cup would be considered full. This one just seems to be a little skimpy on everything.

This location is consistently bad. The drinks are never made right, and are sometimes completely undrinkable. Last time I asked for a refund so I could go to a different location, and the barista and manager were both very rude about it. In short: its worth going a little out of your way to go to bountifuls location on 5th south. Theyre always amazing!

Its kind of hit and miss, honestly. Some of the baristas are great, but others cannot get your drink right to save their lives. Idk if Ill be back, since the other day, when I waited 10 minutes for them to get my drink wrong and hand me a filthy cup which, of course I didnt notice until it got on my clothing... It was kind of the last straw.

I walked up to the counter and was immediately greeted by a sweet young girl named Rachel. She asked for my order but I was too starstruck to speak! It took me a moment to tell her what I wanted...a chocolate chip frappe! She had my order out Im 2 minutes. What a wonderful place.

Oatmeal took 20 minutes no apology it also seems to have half the menu when o got the oatmeal it was gross microwave instant crap the staff was loud and annoying as well

I dont know why, but when Im asked how Im doing when going through a drive thru, it just makes me feel good. StarBucks has a unique way of making people feel welcome.

Store is always clean and organized and the tables and seating areas are cleared quickly. The staff is friendly and quick to get your order out as well.
