I have come here off and on as it is close and well it is Krispy Keene. This is the WORST donut shop ever. High probability they will be out of your donuts. Staff frequently new. Bad service. More than often a bad experience. Like last week when they were out of almost everything. They had 2 Apple fritters left. Said I would take them. 10 min to get to window and the guy gave one of them to the car ahead. If that isnt bad enough he ran out to the car to plead to get the other fritter back he said. Told him yeah if given to someone else and its in their possession I dont want it. He gave me the one fritter free but after many experiences like this i wont be back. I suspect they will be out of business in a year running things this way.

Ive been a big fan of this company my whole life so when the locations near me closed I was upset. I drove quite a ways for an okay doughnut, theyve discontinued my 2 favorites as well (lemon and traditional/old fashioned). The glazed were stale and chewy although hot. The Boston creme and apple filled were nothing to brag about, even though Ive enjoyed those at other locations before. Cashier was snippy with me and there was 1 other customer. Ive had them in south and when they were good in the valley. Certainly not anymore. I can get the same low quality sweets at a shop 10 minutes down the road from me. Not impressed.

Went in for the first time in quite awhile today. When we arrived we found out what we wanted right away, but only received multiple looks and were ignored. When they did get to us they asked if weve been helped in a very sarcastic way. The cashier didnt know anything about the coffee drinks, and there was a rag right in front of the cooler. I would recommend go somewhere else or a different location at least. I wont be back.

Worst experience ever. We walk in and they have barely any donuts. We pick two chocolate and 10 glaze. There were 5 chocolate available. Next thing we know they are telling us they dont have chocolate and all we could get was 12 glaze. All my 4 year old wanted was a chocolate donut and u give it to the people in the drive thru!? To say the least Im upset my son is disappointed and I will not be going back.

Obviously the great donut shop, this location just opened recently and its been great. First time I went there though, their delivery truck hadnt arrived earlier that morning so limited donuts (no glazed) were available, and they handled the unexpected situation so-so. Love the donuts, have tried their iced coffee and its ok for getting it at a donut place, not as good as dunkin donuts coffee.

Went in around 4:30 on a Saturday and we were the only ones there. Ordered a dozen glazed and the 2 employees that were working were very polite and helpful. They even let my 6 yr old son pick 6 free donuts to take home since they were about to change them out. The donuts were delicious and staff was amazing. Wish I could remember the names of the 2 girls working. You guys rock!! Thanks again!

Look first of all, its really hard for people at Krispy Kreme employees to do what they do, its just as hard as other fast food resturants, Joe Floe your more likely over reacting so mabye if you werent so mean to retail they would probably no give you sarcastic answers, AND EXCUSE US if we didnt know a piece of the menu that you can obviously see..... U need so ice for that burn

Hot sign is on they tell us that they are out of glazed donuts and that they are doing eclipse donuts and these are by far the nastiest donuts ever. I dont see how a donut shop like this can be out of glazed donut especially in the afternoon to me its like kfc running out of chicken or McDonalds running out of burgers i can honestly say this was the last time i visit this store

Today was a horrible experience yesterday we went for the buy a dozen get another dozen for $.80 and they were sold out so they said come back tomorrow and buy 1 get 1 free with a coupon but when we went they said we had to sign up for the rewards to get that offer! Also the manager who gave us that coupon did not say anything like that! Liars

I have always gone to this location, because it is closer to my house, but i probably will not be returning. I noticed that the Hot and Ready sign was lit and so i decided i would get glazed doughnuts and when i recieved that box and got to my car we opened the box to eat one and they were cold and not even the fresh ones

Joe Floe you never worked retail have you. The toughest job in the country trying to satisfy "EVERYBODY" while the managers jumping down your throat because you cant make them rich fast enough. These people are doing the best they can with what they have to work with, and I can assure you, it aint much.

Went in and was told they were our of a type of a popular doughnut for over 4 hours...."we ran out of maple bars at 5:15..." was told this at 9:30 at night. Wow Hey dummy your in the food industry from one food day grinder to another dont be lazy and do your job make more.....

Only donut shop I can eat at. Best fresh glazed donuts I have ever had in my life. Watching the machine make that circle of heaven than having it glazed with pure happiness is just an amazing sight and the taste is no less exhilarating; )

Great doughnut but I was there at 4:30 and I was told that they were sold out for the day... Really I say! How long for the next round.. Tomorrow :(.... I am not coming back...

They dont make doughnuts fresh, only glaze them fresh....they actually ran out of glazed and couldnt make any....

Bad location. To redeem a free glazed dough nut took 20 mins and 3 employees. Slow and not good quality.
