I vote here during early voting. I occasionally buy groceries here. I even have a Remarkable Card. Its the closest grocery store to my house. And its generally clean, rarely crowded, and easy to check out. Yet, I often cant find items I get at HEB. I often feel like the prices are too high. I often am disappointed, if only slightly, in the general selection and quality of produce and meat and such. For the types of items one typically and regularly buys from a grocery store, I generally prefer some combination of HEB, Trader Joes, Whole Foods, and Central Market, with a bit of Amazon, Target, and Walgreens thrown in. Randalls is a very nice store. Its just not quite for me, in terms of being my primary grocery store.

Need a suntan without going to the beach. Try the newly intensely-lighted Randalls Flagship Westbank Market. Apparently, someone at Safeway corporate (Randalls parent company) made a decision to take out all the comfortable upscale downlighting and replaced it with outrageously-bright generic fluorescent lighting throughout the store. It destroyed the enjoyable upscale shopping experience. Makes it feel like Wal-Mart. Ill no longer be shopping at this store. The "Randalls Flagship" just sunk for me.

I hate Randalls!!! Who in there right mind would like to come here. Terrible prices and that stupid card you have to use. Why use a card for discounts when HEB gives you the savings right away!?!? Oh the cookies are by the cheese?? Really?? Trash bags near the thanks you cards??? Seriously?? Lol. Not to mention there is never anyone working and takes a million years to check out. Maybe Ill go buy their stale bread. But on a positive note the pharmacy and flowers are nice :)

The staff at this Randalls is the best of any grocery store Ive used. The produce is generally meh, but the people and the PHARMACY in particular more than make up for it! They truly care about their customers. Its not unusual to see the pharmacist and their staff know every person in line. Everyone calls out "Hi Billy! Hi Colleen!" Even the Dr.s in the area know the staff at Randalls pharmacy and they are truly a part of our community.

Love everything about Randalls / Safeway.. I think others reviews . . . "That stupid card you have to use" . . . are hilarious! Nobody uses a card any more unless youre in the stone age. Its not that hard at check out to enter your phone number, or a friends if you dont have one and be done with it. If you use it, you get some decent perks out of it I think. We even use the pharmacy to rack up the gas points.

I love going to randalls, it is my go-to grocery store! My friends and I live right down the street and enjoy walking around and seeing all the friendly people. They are always very helpful when i need to find something even tho I go there so often I dont really need help finding things.

My neighborhood grocery store. Wonderful customer service. Friendly and helpful personnel. Small enough to make a quick stop on the way home, but large enough to have all the essentials and luxuries. Awesome, communicative managerial staff. Always a good experience.

This is a really nice Randalls. I will say that I prefer HEB but this location is always clean and if you pay attention you can find some really awesome deals. The meat always seems fresh to me also which is awesome.
