Just want to start by saying that the regular pharmacy staff is AMAZING! I drive quite a ways just to use this pharmacy because they always make it a pleasant experience. That being said, this new staff that is being brought into the pharmacy at this location does not fit well into that description. Needed to pick up a prescription but was running a little late, so I called ahead and told them that I wouldnt be able to get there until 6pm on the dot, which is the time they normally close and I wanted to know before I drove out there if they would still be there for me to pick it up. I was told "yes, we will wait for you if its just going to be a minute or two." So I drive there as quickly as I can and arrive at 5:59 and reach the counter at 6:00 PM exactly to find them closing the gates at the counter and quickly leaving. As you can imagine, Im pretty upset and I guess my trips to the pharmacy will be much quicker from now on since there is a Walgreens right next to my house. All they had to do was say "No, Im sorry but we wont be able to wait."

I decided to swing by this store during my short lunch break to pick up certain key items for my kids. Everything about this store is wrong!! Unlike the rest of the CVS stores elsewhere, this one is in total disarray. It is virtually hard to find anything. I went to the pharmacy to pick up additional over the counter(non prescription) medications . I was kept waiting for 6 minutes(there was one other person on the line) by these two preening pharmacists or assistants with no customer service skills whatsoever. Time is very precious to some of us. As if the long wait time was not aggravating enough, I was asked to produce multiple ID’s which they insisted that I dig out of my wallets. The indignity of shopping here is way too much. If you want to save time and enjoy getting customer services along with your purchases, my suggestion, go somewhere else. Trust me this place is horrendous!

If you have to buy items behind the pharmacy counter, then you have no choice but to produce ID. It is federal and state law. Also, cashiers cannot ring up these items anymore because it is restricted only to the pharmacy staff, which are registered by the state board. For the most part there is always a bit of a wait for those purchases, and they may have been working on prescriptions for upcoming customers that you may not have seen standing around around. I am not an employee at this store, but I have heard several reviews from many pharmacists or techs that went to help that store out that the customers are some of the worst and act the most entitled out of them all. So next time you do not want to produce ID, do not bother to come to the pharmacy or any pharmacy for that matter.
