To sumarize, very understaffed, rude staff, half of the people speak english so poorly they cant understand you, screw ups, mixed up medications, long waits, wont call you, misquoted wait times (15 minutes means 45 min- 1.5hr),and Completely Incompetent. Mr. Ebram in particular shouldnt have a license, he gave me the wrong medication! Switched to Glenview pharmacy. I have had problems with this pharmacy every time Ive been there. Today was the last straw, yesterday I dropped off my new RX and the guy said they would be ready tomorrow. I told him to double check, sometimes my insurance has a waiting period before I can fill my RX, but he told me definitively yes theyll be ready tomorrow. I go there and after waiting 30 minutes in line, I get there and he says hell get it. After 10 minutes, he asks me to sign for it, and I see there is only one. Im not surprised they screwed up, so I ask which one is it? He says seroquel. I say "I dont seroquel, thats an anti-psychotic." he hands it to me and says "This is your RX." I say "No its not I dont take that." He looks it up and after 10 minutes says "Yeah youre right, sorry. Ill fill the correct one Itll be 15 minutes, pull around and well call you." After waiting 30 minutes I pull around and and after 10 more minutes in the drive through he says "Yeah you cant fill the RX its too early." I said "The guy told me yesterday I could fill it, you just said 45 minutes ago you could fill it, now after all this you wont fill any of it!." He said it was because I gave him the wrong number, that he called and someone said it was the wrong no. He read it back and it was the correct no. hed dialed it wrong. I told him I wanted to transfer to another pharmacy, he said I had to go there and have them call. I go to Glenview pharmacy(Fantastic btw) and they said I have to get CVS to give me my Rx in person. I told them everything that happened and they were genuinely shocked, the pharmacist just said "He should have known better."

Unbelievably rude pharmacist. Refuses to fill prescriptions even with Doctor authorisation, wouldnt even call the doctor to get confirmation. When medication was shorted, when she finally decided she was comfortable filling it many days later, I was told no, it was impossible, I was wrong. Never mind that the bag had been sealed and stapled shut the whole day before I opened it and counted. Theyve shorted other meds too in the past. I assume this is all because the drug in question was a painkiller and all people on those must be junkies and addicts, right?! Just another pharmacist who wishes she was a Doctor and likes to play God. If I EVER spoke to my clients or customers the way she spoke to me, I would be fired immediately. Frankly thats what they should do. The rest of the staff seems friendly and helpful, but the pharmacist herself? Whoo, boy--watch out because she is clearly a deeply unhappy, spiteful and judgemental human being. I am simply stunned by this womans behaviour and attitude. Avoid this pharmacy.

Incompetent ? I called at 11 am leaving my daughters pediatricians office to verify the script and pick up time since I had had issues previous with this pharmacy. I show up at 5 pm to magically discover that their flatoring device was down and more over that they didnt even bother to reconstitute the abx that was prescribed. Instead they have me pay, and take the powered abx to a different cvs for service. I am not a chaffer, I am a customer and the unprofessional service and severe inconvenience they dont even mind to bestow upon me instead of the script I needed is amazing. I will never be back with my business

After a couple interactions with this CVS location, I refuse to go there and if forced to go there it is only for the items in the main area of the store. I will instead go to the one off Precinct Line where the service (with exception of one instance) they are much more helpful and courteous. My interactions have been primarily with the Pharmacy. My doctors have sent them two separate scripts for very common medications and they did not have either in stock. Same thing happened when I went in a third time for OTC allergy meds and again they were out of stock. Do yourself a favor and just avoid this location.

My wife dropped off her prescription at 4:00. She was told it would be ready at 5:00 (it was written on the form). Went to pick it up at 5:30. A rude woman told me simply "No, there is nothing here". The "go away" was strongly implied. After calling my wife, I explained that she had indeed dropped it off. After much searching, the prescription was found! It would be ready in 5 minutes (it took more like 15). Seriously, there is a Kroger right across the street, go there.

I have been living in Bedford TX for about 2 years and have shopped here on several occasions. I have had rude and discourteous service many many times. There is a pharmacy tech who thinks she is the one in charge and rude everytime I go. Stay away! Im obviously not the only one who thinks this way. Look below

To be honest, I dont care for CVS since I usually have awful experiences with them, but my insurance uses them. However, when I called them for a prescription that another CVS botched, Tristan, and later, Lesley, were both extremely helpful! Im so grateful that I finally found one with good people!

Never had a issue at this CVS. Everyone at the pharmacy is kind and get me taken care of very fast. Employees are also nice and always ask if I need help with anything. I moved recently but as long as the great customer service dont change I will keep coming back here.
