TERRIBLE!! Take your pharmacy needs elsewhere! 2 times they screwed up physician called in prescriptions. Then I requested to have a prescription cancelled 3 times and they still fill the stupid thing every month. Then the final straw was where the rude as hell employee told me my script couldnt be filled until the 12th, okay fine since that would only be 1 day before I was out that would be okay. I get a message on the 12th that my script was ready for pick up, (it doesnt tell you what medication just the prescription # so its hard as hell to tell whats been filled unless you are looking at your prescription you currently have but that standard at any pharmacy I believe). So I go there first thing on the 13th morning and they didnt fill it, they filled the stupid one that was supposed to be cancelled 3 requests ago!!! Then she tells me they dont have the medication in stock for the one I need. WTH?! Said she would call around and see if any other CVSs had it in stock. Calls me back 3 hours later and says that they do in fact HAVE the medication in stock but that it was brand name and not generic. This medication is very important and time sensitive since its for IVF and there is literally THOUSANDS of dollars riding on perfect timing administration. I will now be taking this medication 18 hours late Im so disgusted with the incompetent idiots that run this pharmacy. Stay far, far away from this place.

I was so excited when we finally got a cvs around here for prescriptions but this place turned out to be a disappointment. I had a dental emergency come up just before the dentists office was about to close. My dentist sent in a prescription for me at this CVS. A few hours go by and I still hadnt received my ready for pickup text so I called. They claimed they never got a prescription. There was nothing I could do because my dentists office was closed. The next morning I received a text saying it was ready. What the heck?! I seen my dentist the next day and told him about CVS claiming no prescription and he had the same reaction. He did send it in, these people just arent doing their job. Thank you CVS for making me have to suffer in extreme pain until I could see my dentist the next day because you guys didnt do your job.

Went to pick up a prescription that was sent over electronically to this pharmacy because it was supposed to be a 24 hour pharmacy. The store is open but not the pharmacy. Then their computer tied up the prescription in there system as if it was already filled, so we could not get it filled any where else. Had to wait an additional day to get it filled. When we finally were able to pick it up the next day we tried to talk to the pharmacy about the experience, and they told us they were to busy to talk to us about at that time. Horrible experience.

Great employees at the front of the store. They are always helpful and friendly everytime i go into the store. The young Asian guy and the fair-skinned strawberry blonde girl with the ponytail are always helpful. I talked with Jewel (the manager) on my most recent visit and she was wonderful. She helped me with a coupon problem that I was having. She was professional, courteous and kind. I love this store and will continue to shop here.

Never have prescription in stock!!! Pharmacy is very close and convenient, but in the two years Ive been trying to get my monthly prescription filled they have only been able to fill it a hand full of times... They always say that they dont have enough and to check back in a month or so...I just go to Walmart across the street and they always have it in stock.

The clinic called in my prescription and they claimed they didnt have it. Took me having the clinic on the phone at the same time. Then they said they were working on my order and it would take 20 minutes. It took 1.5 HOURS!!!! And I had to leave without it. For real do yourself a favor go to Walmart across the street.

Our family visits CVS fairly frequently for various needs. Alex, a pharmacy tech, has always gone above and beyond to make sure that we get what we need. She is always willing to help and we would recommend her and CVS Pharmacy to anyone looking for a place to fill prescriptions!

Had a prescription filled and the guy in charge of training put the wrong bottle in my bag. Not knowing, I took it. Had I not changed my heart meds, I would have ended up in the hospital. He was extremely rude to boot and instead of fixing it, hes still there too!

Had surgery and filled my prescription for Valium prescribed for 5 mg. This pharmacy filled it at 10 mg. My doctor was very upset and I had no idea. Luckily he had me take my prescriptions with me the morning of my surgery and caught it before I took any.

I hope upper management knows what a GREAT ASSET they have in Xuan( Pharmacy Mgr) and a young Asian decent guy that works the front counter by the door that has EXCEPTIONAL customer service skills way beyond his years! Keep these employees!

I have had 3 prescriptions sent over from Cooks in southlake and every time I show up to get them, they tell me they never got anything and I have to wait 30+ minutes. This place is awful.

Had a doc appt for my 6 year old...by the time I got to the pharmacy the prescription was filled! Doc appt only 10 mins away! Everyone was nice and professional! Will use again!
