I would rate you with no stars if I could but it wont allow me to I just sit for 30 minutes while the person in front of me sit in this Drive Thru pharmacy lane even though it clearly states that people are not supposed to sit there waiting for issues they need to be told to go inside to accommodate the other customers that are waiting I also had four cars lined up behind me the nice thing to do would have been to ask the customer Im so sorry but can you please come inside so that we can help the other customers as well when I told the lady that when I pulled up today she was like Im sorry and that was it also this is the worst CVS location Ive ever used I will stop using this location they never have my prescriptions when I need them and I have to go to Walgreens who never tells me no they always have everything in stock very upset customer

Awful! My wife had a C section which is obviously very painful. I mentioned this when I dropped off her prescription for pain medication and they said it would be 1 hour. 2 hours later I called for a status and they said she was in line. At the 4 hour mark I picked it up and took it elsewhere. While I was in line one of the workers was talking badly about one of her customers "the lady that keeps griping over there". She was probably griping due to their terrible service, attitude, and absolute lack of regard for the people they are supposed to be serving.

the cashier gave me back the wrong change then after I waited for them to count the box they "couldnt" find it so I left my number and after I get to work they call with an attitude to say I can pick up my money
