I will never use one of your stores for any reason ever again. I called into your location in Hurst and spent quite a deal of time on the phone with one of the pharmacy technicians to make sure you had my specific prescription generic in stock. I was very clear that I had serious complications when taking certain generics and was assured you had one in stock that I was able to take. I was told it would be ready for pick up in 2 hours I show up a little over 2 hours later and surprise to surprise its not ready. As a matter of fact the pharmacist hasnt even called to have it transferred yet. A few hours later I finally receive a message that my prescription is ready I pick it up take it home and what do you know they gave the medication I CANNOT take. I call the pharmacy and explain the situation to the pharmacist (Sam) who asks me "what I would like for him to do about it" I explain im not sure what the options are and that I have not opened the prescription because I know I cant take it and ask if they can check and see if they have to prescription I was supposed to receive and he says all he can do is issue a refund and I will have to find another pharmacy that can get me what I need. I ask if they can check with another location to see if anywhere in the area has it and he again tells me he cant help me I can come in for a refund or just take the medication anyways. Pharmacies are not handing out dish detergent they are giving out controlled substances and are supposed to be responsible for what is given out and now Im being told to go ahead and take something regardless of the effects? I called into the store and asked to speak to a manager after speaking to James who apologized for the inappropriate behavior of the pharmacist tells me they should be able to order what I need and that he did not know why "Sam" told me otherwise. After placing me on hold so he could go back to the pharmacy he tells me that unfortunately the senior technician wont be in until 3 pm tomorrow (Sunday) so there is no way they can get what u need here on time so once again we are back at square one. James has the pharmacy technician look to see if the brand version is in stock but cannot tell me pricing until I return what I have. So after going downstairs and asking my neighbor to watch my 7 yr old daughter who is asleep while I go back to the pharmacy again at 11 at night. I get to the pharmacy and the pharmacist takes my prescription back after I explain that I was told to return it and he takes it off to the side and continues helping other customers who arrived after I did leaving me standing there after several minutes he finally gets around to paging the manager to the back to do the return. As if it wasnt frustrated enough to have to return something this guy has the audacity to ignore me and leave me standing there while everyone else receives services even though I arrived first before even attempting to reach a manager to do the return. Once the medication I am unable to take is returned I am informed that the brand medication will be triple the price of the medication I already paid for and cant take which I am unable to afford. Now I get to spend whatever time I have tomorrow before I have to go into work calling around to other pharmacies in hopes that they will have the medication I need. I have to take my medication tomorrow and on time or I will be suffering the repercussions for months to come. So I have now wasted 4 hours of my day in total only to be lied to, given medication I clearly told them made me very ill, lied to again, wasted more time getting a refund, and still do not have the medication I need. Lets hope I can pull off a miracle tomorrow and find somewhere to get my medication since your company wasted my only day off this week with lies that have resulted in the possibility of me not being able to get my medication on time.

I just moved to this area a year ago. Where I lived previously I used Walgreens as my pharmacy and NEVER ONCE had any issues.....NO issues with getting my prescriptions filled on time. I moved my prescriptions to this pharmacy and WOW.......Im constantly having issues with getting my prescriptions filled on time. I have a compound drug that they are always late on and I recently had eye drops filled that I was supposed to use for 5 days starting the day after my appointment, and they didnt even have them ready until 2 days after they were called in....by the dr. The compound drug I called in 3 days ago and STILL dont have a refill on it, and Im out. I call today to see what the hold up is and the first girl tells me theres an insurance discrepancy and the 2nd girl tells me that its just has not been filled because this is the first day the compound pharmacist has been in. The 1st day all week? Its Friday! They dont work during the week? When I mention its been 3 days, the girl I was talking to starts cutting me off and saying "Well were not a 24 hr pharmacy anymore." WTH does that have to do with a rx I put in a refill for 3 days ago? Nothing. Just excuses. But she tells me the compound pharmacist can loan me some pills until he has my rx filled..... which wont be until TOMORROW. He can loan me some pills....but wont have my rx filled until tomorrow? Makes perfect sense. I guess if I continue to use this place, Ill need to put in a refill request a month in advance, cause you know, they arent a 24 hr pharmacy anymore.

My dr called in a prescription on 4/10/17. On 4/11 I called to check on it and the automated system said there were insurance problems. On 4/12 I called to check again and the same thing "insurance issues" so I spoke to someone in the -call center- who told me that my order was submitted to insurance twice by accident and it delayed it. I called again on 4/14 and was told it should be done the next morning. I called 4/15 and was told my prescription should be done the next morning. I called 4/15 and was told that the compound pharmacist isnt even in until Sunday and it would *definitely* be done then. Here it is Sunday, 4/16/17, still no prescription. I called at 5:12pm and was told that I could come by and get my prescription. I came by at 8 pm and was told there WAS NO PRESCRIPTION READY FOR ME and that the compound pharmacist called in sick and my prescription wasnt even started. I have HAD IT with this pharmacy and WILL NEVER use them again. Walgreens in general has forever lost my business over this mess. NOT ONE of your -call center- employees or your pharmacists could be honest with me. NOT ONE! This says a lot about how you run your business. I have never in my life had such issues with a pharmacy and can not for the life of me figure out why I put up with the constant excuses and late prescriptions for over a year. Never again.
