I tried to order my daughters daycare an arrangement to say thank you on her last day attending and needed the arrangement to be delivered by early afternoon, the lady who answered my call said they do not deliver within any time frames, I even asked if I could pay a delivery surcharge just to make sure it was at the daycare before the teacher left for the day and she said no. I would have understood if they were busy and just did not have the time to deliver in my time frame but to flat out refuse is poor customer service. The cost of the arrangements plus twelve dollar delivery fees are ridiculous if you cant tell me what part of the day it will be delivered in.

Unpleasant customer service experience here today. Please do something about the temperature in the store, I was there around 6pm and it was like an oven. Blinds would go a long way. Additionally, it sure would be nice to have a place to sit while youre waiting (baking in the oven. ) Finally, if there is only one person working in the store (which seems really inefficient), please help the customers just in to pick up a delivery before helping someone figure out what they want to order for 15 minutes - or at least acknowledge their existence and let them know youll get to them as soon as possible.

Very disappointing!!! Two arrangements were ordered a week in advance for a specific pick up time. I received an e-mail that the arrangements were ready for pickup, but when I got there (at the scheduled time) one was finished, one was not yet begun. After a 30 minute wait, the second arrangement was presented, not organized in any sort of way. It looked thrown together. After a complaint, it was only slightly improved. This was an order of $110. I should have gotten better service, the product should have been worth the money spent.

My Aunts husband passed away a few weeks ago. I live out-of-town and needed to place an order for delivery. I was unable to place the order online at that time so I called the store. The customer service I received from the staff was wonderful. They were very understanding of my needs and gave me adequate pricing options and delivery times. Thank you!

I ordered a "just because" arrangement for my daughter and it was delivered with a smile from a very professional looking young man. All the fruit was fresh and it looked like I had just ordered it over the counter. Very pleased... great job! Ill definitely be ordering again! Thank you!

I worried about my girlfriend getting it before she left work because she works early hours but the girl I spoke to assured me they would take care of it and they did. My girlfriend was very pleased with the whole thing and I scored big points. Thanks Edible Arrangements ;-)

The service was great and fast, but just not accurate. They seem to forget the add-ons, so if you do order a bouquet (because they are awesome), dont bother with any add-ons like blueberry sticks, as they will likely be forgotten and money lost.
