Irresponsible! If there was a way to give a negative star for poor customer service- Forget me Not would be deserving of it. Forget me not became Forget you entirely! My order was placed the Monday for a 2pm delivery on Tuesday, on VALENTINES!!! By 4pm there was no delivery nor would they answer the phone. The inconvenience of driving there again was taken to find the order was not only missing pertinent information but it hadnt been filled yet. A promise to deliver was made- yet the florist failed to deliver, call, or apologize.

Great customer service, Mari was extremely helpful and created a beautiful arrangement for me. This was last minute and they delivered same day. Very happy with the whole experience. Highly recommend. Thank you Forget Me Not.

This was the worst flower job I have seen. They took leftover ribbons and dead flowers and made the worst looking monstrosity you could imagine This place has no business doing this You need professional training.
