They sold me a broken no.7 e-cig. Went home tried it, it wouldnt blow out vapors and it over heated really bad. When I brought it back, the manager rob, a balding guy with lip peircings & some skinny old white drug addict guy that was obviously on a heroin told me, yes, its defective and its not their problem. they would not give me store credit, refund or a replacement. So, I went to the planet k on austin hwy and manager Brendon (black guy with peircings) replaced it for me. He asked me where I bought it, so he called the other location on goliad rd. and they told him that I broke it by putting pot (material matter) into it! And not to replace it because its my fault. How rude!. E-cigs only take e-drops and pre-filled cartridges, NOT POT! Any dummy would know this! They tried to sabotage me from getting it replaced! What have I done to you planet k on goliad rd. to deserve that? :( Brendon from austin hwy location told me it was definatly a factory defect or they broke it and sold me a broken device. He assured me I it wasn't my fault and that they should of replaced it. So, please, please avoid coming to this location, theres a chance they might sell you a broken electric device. And all the staff here look like they're on heroin or pills and they are very rude :(

I went with the intentions of dropping some money on a good rig piece because i love that planet k has a good selection of glass pieces but the customer service is getting worse and worse. I used to love this location but when they look at you like they dont even want you there nor do they want to help you its like not even worth spending my money on. Id rather go to hazel sky. Because there i know they truly care about customer service. Very disappointed with this place.

Use to love this place still do love the pruducts but went on Feb 2 2016 at 9:00pm an the girl who was working there gave me attitude an I was talking to her asking questions about some product I wanted to buy but wouldnt even lesson to me come on dont feel like working go find a job u like please or dont bring ur problems to work wanted to go back but if I do rather drive a cupple of miles to find wat I want
