Review of Products Overpriced products in my opinion. Bluetooth speakers are cheap and break easily. iPhone cases overpriced, same brand of cases sold at ROSS for 12 dollars this store makes you pay up to 50 dollars for a case. The screen protector service is probably the best for me (iPhone 6 plus), but it was better installed and cheaper at places like Pica Pica Plaza. I also bought a fake iPhone charger which broke in a week, the only reason i bought it was because it looked similar to the original but knowing this place I wasnt expecting it to last that long. Overall, you could probably find any case sold here on amazon. Review of Experience The experience has to be the most awful thing, its terrible. Yes, there is a big variety of products to choose from, but be prepared what some people take as a "tour" of the store is not actually a tour. From the moment you walk in you are ESCORTED around the store the entire time, even if you ask for a moment, and yes, they do have security cameras which is why I dont understand why you have to be followed around the entire store. I cant even look at a case comfortably, the last time I went to the store I was so uncomfortable I just left the store. If you think its annoying being asked at the mall if youre doing fine every five minutes then this place is not for you. And any discounts they mention sound more like the original price.

Avoid - I went into the store today for a case and - yes, service was good because they helped me find exactly what I needed. HOWEVER...when the salesgirl said "that case is 24.99 but Ill let u have it for 19.99" - I asked myself WTH?? Then we get to the counter and the sales girl ask the register-lady if the price is ok?? She hesitantly said "not really, but ok" then they proceeded to make a big deal about how I was getting a good price!! I left without buying a single thing after the sales girl kept saying "you got me!" AS IF I was getting a special price! I was so annoyed I left and told them I was going to the flea market on Saturday for a case! Lol

Wirelessdepot is the best place for the cellphone repair as the price are cheaper than other and repair is good. I have taken my galaxy s6 edge in. The screen was broken and it was all black. The tech help me out he ask my to leave the phone so he will check it first and then repair it so it doesnt give problem in future after one day he call and told me that my phone is ready and it is working fine and best part I had all my information in my phone there still and my best moment photos of my death wife was also there as that was important for me...........

Amazing place with great aesthetic. But I walked in and there was this guy named saaf or shif and he didnt care to greet me and my wife and continuously talked on the phone in some Arabic Indian language. We stood there for a good 10 minutes before this girl welcomed us and showed us where the cases were. Other than that the only reason I gave them the 5 stars was because The place has a very wide variety and i definitely recommend everyone to go there besides the lacking service from the front counter.

Took my phone (lgg2) in to get fixed for $75 and I got it back all messed up. The screen wasnt properly glued on, there was adhesive on my speaker. I just would not recommend that place to any one! Another thing is they are a big store and they kept bugging me to bring my charger because supposedly none of theirs worked on my phone. Crappy place and the tech sucks.

They are horrible, yelling at customers, Do not call customers when told to when device is done.. i was told multiple times itll be done same day. Never got my phone repaired. Ended up just buying a brand new one for less amount they were asking for. Do Not Come Here For Phone Repair. They have no respect.

The other day i was in the store and one guy came in and was very rude he was really loud they kept telling him to leave and he just wasnt . He was really really rude i felt so bad their was a young lady working she looked scared i hope that guy never goes back to that store. but the service was overall good

I was really shocked to see that some people were rude with the cashier while it was their own mistake that they were not able to install the screen protector to their devices at home. Customer service is good in general. Prices are so cheap. I liked this place.

We took our galaxy 6 active in for a very small crack on the screen. They fixed it two days later the screen went blank. They didnt give us our money 250 dollars back now they blame the "mother board". So now we have a broken phone and 250 bucks loss.

Great service! Took my phone in for repair and was done and out in 1 hour flat! They have great services and recently added electronics and RC toys! Would definitely recommend friends and family to go here!
