If it werent for the deceptions, high prices, high interest, rude and inexperienced brokers this would be a nice pawn shop. I have called over the phone to check lat day of grace dates and given incorrect information in order to obtain my stuff. I have pawned things here worth hundreds a of dollars and told they were only worth $20. The pawn brokers are only as knowledgeable as they are good at googling something. If your item resembles something else they wont bother to investigate any further. Or if its not on the first page of google search then they have no idea. They try to rip you off at every single opportunity. I try to buy something everytime I go there but they refuse to pay attention long enough to show me some thing. All cheap musical instruments but they want 20-40 less than brand new, and they know nothing about them. They do have some nice merchandise all in all, but always too expensive. Jewelry prices not terrible I guess so two stars.

Worst experience ever. Have been to this place numerous times only to hear them say that they arent pawning any items at the moment. All four times Ive visited this place in the last 12 months that is what I was told. Perhaps they should change their name to Independent thrift store. They have few items for sale yet they arent pawning any items. Sounds a little fishy to me and maybe Im wrong but arent pawn shops here to pawn items for individuals? Too bad there isnt a cash America near because these guys would have to close their doors in a weeks time. Then that big oversized ugly sign they placed 1000 feet in the air can come down and our community wont look so trashy. Do yourself a favor stay away because they dont have anything for sale worth purchasing and if your trying g to sell or pawn something you can hang it up.

Was there this last weekend trying to get a loan on a m1 carbine with a paratrooper stock. The gentlemen that helped had no knowledge of the rifle. Plus when he did a google search for the gun, found non firing replica models to find the worth of the gun, and quoted the rifle being worth $400! Looking anywhere at a true working carbine prices start around $850 and up! No wonder there was a now hiring sign on the front door...

They told me they wouldnt buy a tv without a remote, but over half of the tvs they sold dont have remotes. The salesperson, who was already walking away from me before I was finished blamed it on "new management" so I asked if I should stop shopping there, he gave me a big thumbs up and told me that would be great.

Horrible experience. My aunt bought an ac unit. They assured her that it worked but they were unable to plug it in to show her. Got it home and sure enough it doesnt work. Tried to exchange it for a different one and they wouldnt take it back. Horrible customer service and horrible management!!

I was there yesterday and the prices are outrageous. Some prices on stereo and tvs were above the actual cost as if it was new. I will never shop there again as the staff was rude and unwilling to adjust the price on anything. BEWARE of this store its a RIPOFF! Johnny

They definitely need to bring the price of their guns down there not selling new items that are higher than the convenience store is around the block can go to Academy in buy a gun for $100 last what you can buy it there used

Beyond mad i got my 2ds back and its completely screwed up the touch screen isnt working and none of the buttons work. This system was working perfect before it was given to them
