Cant comment on the equipment yet because I have not received it nor has it shipped. I called prior to even purchasing the equipment to ask how long shipping takes and they said would ship in a few days. Its Been a few days Never received an email so I called and they told me it will ship in a few more days. Which will be 8-9 days after I ordered the product then it could take up to another two weeks to get to my address. They told me they didnt expect to be busy over Black Friday weekend so they werent prepared for the amount of sales they received. They then told me that theres nothing they could do because everyone wants their orders fast. I happened to order bumper plates from rogue fitness a day after I order from get rxd. Rogue fitness not only shipped out my 230lbs bumper set the next day it was delivered to my door within 3 days of my purchas and not to mention shipping was FREE unlike get rxd who charged me $148 to ship less weight then rogues shipment. Im contemplating canceling my order with get rxd and ordering it through rogue.

I havent received my equipment yet, so I cannot go so far as to comment on the quality of it yet, but the poor customer service I have received thus far from this company is extremely disappointing. I placed my order a week ago (after being told by a rep via email that 15 lb bumper plates were in stock, which was evidently not the case), was told it would ship Wednesday so I would have it Thursday or Friday. I called again on Friday after not receiving any sort of communication about whether it had/had not been shipped, was told that my order had not yet been released, but that it FOR CERTAIN ship on Friday. Well, no surprise no confirmation email and again, order didnt ship. Now it will *maybe* ship tomorrow (after another phone call to try and get the order released). I dont usually even take the time to write reviews, but I just kicked down a lot of money for equipment and shipping and am really wishing I had taken my money elsewhere at this point to a company that might at least pretend to care about my order.

My brother has Get Rxd equipment in his garage gym. When it came time to build my garage gym I looked at other options but Get Rxd offered the best blend of desired features and price. They have steadily improved their offerings and I am very happy with my purchase and the continued customer service I have received. My gym so far: Guillotine Power Cage HD Flat/Incline Bench Quick Straps/Wooden Rings Chrome Rocket Bar (awesome spin) Black Premium Bumpers 2.0 (350lbs) Cast iron change plates 6x4 mats Now Get Rxd is a crossfit equipment supplier. Im a meathead. Important to note that on the Premium Bumpers the 55s are the same width as the 45s. If you need to really load up the bar you want the 55s. Other than that I regret nothing.

In my opinion, this is the cheapest (both price and quality) "Crossfit" equipment company out there. I would not reccommend a single piece of equipment from this company. I have been to multiple gyms with pieces of equipment from Get RX and all of it is a piece of cheap junk, in my opinion. Also, their competition rig which was purchased in full and was being used in a real Crossfit competition had two pull up bars snap right off of its welds while athletes were doing pull ups on the bars. I would not suggest anyone purchase any piece of equipment from this company. Spend a little extra money and purchase some quality equipment elsewhere.

Get RXD has completely exceeded my expectations for quality vs. dollar. I purchased a squat rack from them with no problems other than one small piece of plastic was missing. I emailed them about it and also mentioned that Id broken a piece while working out (my own fault) they quickly responded and started the process of sending me more than I requested. These guys know where customers focus is, quality and customer service. I will be back to purchase more from this company.

Work with Charles and the rest of the crew at GetRXD was instrumental in starting our affiliate, CrossFit Yellow Rose. Some of the best prices on equipment out there, fast shipping, and the quality of the equipment is next to the biggest names out there. Most athletes come to our gym and cant stop drooling over our stealth bars from GetRXD, and our custom yellow pull up rig and squat stations. Do yourself and your business a favor and buy from GetRXD.

Got an Airmill bike from them- bike lasted 6 days under light use before the chain fell off. When I asked customer service to do something about it because a $700 bike shouldnt fall apart while my 135 lb wife is pedaling slowly- they sent me an email with a how to on how to fix it myself. I know how to fix it myself. Ive owned assault bikes and Schwinn bikes and have fixed them dozens of times- but never after 6 days. Unacceptable.

My son started competing in Olympic weightlifting lifting. I had a few questions about barbells and I work nights, so its hard to have time to call places. I emailed numerous barbell manufacturers and Charles at getrxd was the more than willing to answer all my questions, and was very patient in doing so. We received the bar today and it is nicer than I expected. And shipping was fast. Thanks again Charles.

Great Company! I recently ordered a couple of wall balls that were on clearance. They called me and told some how there was a mistake and they didnt carry those wall balls anymore and that they were going to send me their premium wall balls at the same price. Amazing to see this customer service. You really dont see that in a lot of businesses any more

Excellent customer service and great equipment! We ordered the Xebex air bike for our home gym and its fantastic. Additionally, we received a bunch of free stuff as they had a promotion going on at that time: 20 lb. wall ball, ab mat, jump rope, and a delta pull-up bar. All the equipment is well made and I know well get a lot of use out of it.

Friendly staff, unbeatable prices, and stellar quality! I love Get RXd equipment and we use a lot of their supplies at our box. Even if youre not a crossfitter, the equipment Get RXd sells works great for boot camp training and obstacle course prep!
