RUDE! I went in today to buy a new putter and potential trade in a putter that I bought from them last summer for $110. At the time I bought mine they had a nice selection of used putters so I only assumed they took trade ins. When I first walked in and mentioned wanting to trade in my putter the guy acted insulted and bothered. He told me that they were not buying used clubs and stated " thats what pawn shops are for". He then went on to offer me a whole $5 for a club that was practically brand new. I still expressed interest in trying out a few new clubs and he just rudely walked off like I was wasting his time instead of helping me out. Now in the stores defense the other gentleman I spoke with last time I was there was very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately I think this young guy was the manager. I will never go there again and will not ever suggest it to anyone else.

Went in to get some clubs regripped. The salesman was friendly and extremely helpful. He went over a couple of options and in the end steered me towards a high quality and inexpensive grip. Did not try to push anything pricey and we all know how expensive this game can be. Also, had my kids with me, and he was very good with them. My 6 year old of course wanted to get in the putting green. I said no because the putters a high dollar and I did not want him to damage any of them. The salesman offer him I kid size putter for him use. That went a long way with me. I have been in some places that just out right say no kids on the putting green. Would recommend this place. And will do business with them again.

Im sure this is a good store but I rarely find the salespeople here to be friendly unless Im buying something or am showing interest in a high priced item. Kinda wish there was another golf store in Humble.
