they have an amazing selection, I will give you that. The place is HUGE new and used tack as well as being able to get your saddle fixed pretty much anything horse is available. The guy working did seem somewhat knowledgeable but then we know little to nothing and he wasnt able to understand what I was describing to him so who really knows. But my complaint is the curtness of him (the clerk). He seemed put out by having to help me and irritated that I didnt know what I was looking for, and upset that he had to help me. I think he might be fine if you know what your doing or talking about but watch out if your a new person like me!!

I bought an old dirty saddle, and not knowing how to clean and oil it, I called BJs and spoke to a lady named Bonnie..l took the saddle down and Bonnie advised me as to how to clean and take care of it!. If theres anything you need to know, as to how to care for leather , Bonnie at B Js is the place to go.
