I rarely give places a 5 star rating but my experience was stellar! Thank you Jake for your GREAT customer service and expertise! After just waiting a couple minutes Jake came to help me find my next running shoe. He listened to what I knew I needed and to what I was open to/ needed advice on and quickly sat me down with a line up of different shoes that he felt would be worth me trying out. -They dont try to sell you on flashy stuff or make you feel like a newbie here. -They encourage you to run down the street and back or hit the treadmill to get a feel for the shoe. -They have a 60 Day return policy where you can actually use the shoe and bring it back for full store credit if it just isnt working. I settled on a year old model of the Newton Gravity. Jake matched the internet sale price before I could even ask him to so I walked out with a great deal. If customer service matters to you then check these guys out!

Terrific experience. I walk 2 miles everyday and my shoes began causing me a lot of discomfort and blisters. Went to Fleet Feet and specifically worked with Eddie Moore. All I can say is, it was a TERRIFIC experience. Imagine a great experience buying shoes!!!! He listened to what my issues were, did a treadmill test with me to see how I walked. Based on that and my issues he brought out about 4 different pairs of shoes based on how my feet landed when I walked and my gait. I was debating between 2 different shoes and he then put me thru some tests comparing a bunch of different variables. I was AMAZED how I began to see the difference in how the shoes felt on my feet and when I walked. Great store, and fantastic help with Eddie Moore

Went to the store to try on a couple of pairs of shoes they had on hold for me after finding out the first pair I purchased from them wasnt right for my feet due to pain on the outside of my foot. Ended up trying on 5 pairs of shoes, 3 of which I tried on multiple times to run on the treadmill. The sales representative was extremely patient and helpful. I couldnt have asked for a better experience. To put it into perspective, I ended up being there roughly an hour and running around 3/4 of a mile. These guys are great. Very appreciative of their patience with a weirdo customer like myself who has to try on shoes 50 times. Walking out a happy customer with my pair of Mizuno Wave Rider 16s. Will be back to Fleet Feet when these conk out.

As soon as I walked in I was greeted and a young man by the name of Bailey helped me out. Service was absoloutely amazing and professional. He had me do a brisk walk on a treadmill and recorded the way I stepped on an Ipad that was directed at my feet. He then broke down and explained everything in regards to how I step and what kind of runner I was. He got it right and confirmed that Im an overpronator. These guys are really committed to helping runners, not only that but Bailey brought out several boxes and shoes without hesistation to ensure I had the best fitting and comfortable shoe. Experience was perfect and will definitely be coming back.

We brought our son here after trying The Walking Store at the Galleria for his very flat feet ~ the service at The Walking Store was terrible and I couldnt not see paying the $100 for orthodic sandals to a store that didnt care to measure his foot or help us find any other options among the store filled with shoes that cater to people with poor feet. A friend told us to head to Fleet Feet and I am SO glad we went!! The service was incredible, they worked with our son to find just the right fit for the sandals he was looking for ~ we were so impressed we also bought a pair of running shoes. We will definitely return again and again!

Im new to distance running and I came in recently as a recommendation by a friend who was raving about Fleet Feet. The two gentlemen working there seemed very helpful, but were busy assisting other customers. I had to wait for about 5 minutes (probably longer) for the female employees in the back of the store to take a break from talking and offer their help. The woman that helped me was impolite and not very helpful. I made mention of being new to running and was asking questions to make sure I was getting a good pair of shoes for my needs and she did not seem to care to find out or explain what I should be looking for.

Just had a great experience picking out the perfect shoes for my feet! The person working with me analyzed my footsteps, sized my feet, listened to my workout needs, and waited patiently while I tried on and walked in numerous pairs of shoes. He really listened to my feedback, and helped me find the perfect fit. I walked out with a pair of New Balance Vongo shoes, and they feel great! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for the best shoe when it comes to comfort, need, and even style.

As soon as we got in, a sales person asked to help us and was very friendly and was more interested in helping us buy the right shoe as opposed to selling the most expensive one. He talked to my wife about her exact needs, why she was buying and the purpose and then suggested a few models. Had her walk on the treadmill to confirm the walking style etc and then showed different models. Was the quickest and most pleasant experience for us. Very knowledgeable folks.

When buying athletic shoes I will continue to buy from Fleet Feet. After numerous attempts to buy running and cross training shoes and hurting my feet, ankles, knees, and hips I broke down and went in for a fitting. I told the staff what I was looking to do in the shoes and they watched me walk around for a bit before reccomending a pair. When I finally wear out these purchases I WILL be going back to Fleet Feet to replace them!

Salesman great. But had a groupon coupon and they didnt have the shoe in my size. Would not substitute a shoe even with paying the difference between the two. Drove 60 miles to go there and spent 45 minutes finding the right size. The salesman said I could pay the difference between the shoes but the manager wouldnt honor. Waste of time and money. Will not shop there.

I love Fleet Feet Sports. The customer service is excellent and the staff is really knowledgeable. They can look at your feet and the way you walk and recommend a great shoe for you! Since I started buying my shoes at Fleet Feet, my feet and back feel great even if I am on my feet all day. Its expensive but if you ask me its worth paying for the service you get.

I have been loyal to Fleet Feet in a number of places (Roanoke, VA Atlanta, Houston) for several years. In the past the service has been impeccable and they they have kept adequate stock of large/wide sizes to fit my overlarge feet. They dont seem to do good service or odd size stocking any more. I may as well just order online.
