Went in for the first time today with my son. Nice place and lots of neat things. However was very disappointed the amount of employees there and no one came by to check if I needed assistance or not. After making my selections I proceeded to the check out to wait in line with 1 register open and 4 employees behind the counter. Patiently waiting for my turn, another customer then walks up and was asked if the were ready to check out and opened another register to check her out while I continued to wait patiently in line. ☹️This was not okay with me and I put my things back and left the store. Obviously my business was not welcomed. Very DISAPPOINTED! What has happened to getting GREAT customer service nowadays. I work too hard for my money and family to receive poor customer service like this . Mistake or not last time I patron your store and when asked I will not hesitate to pass on my own bad experience with your business.

Amazing store full of high quality, very often American-made, toys that are miles beyond the ToysRUs land of Chinese plastic. Friendly employees and an awesome candy section make this the traditional toy store experience you want to share with your kids. Im really glad Kingwood has this place!

This is a magical place! Great for kids and adults. Besides bulk candy and toys, it is a perfect place to get fancy candies and desserts as gifts. Awesome staff.

Every candy you can imagine, new and old. Only place I could find that sells Crows licorice. Can special order candies. I did not look at the toys.

Pulled up right after 7 and it was closed. No hours posted anywhere on site. 3 others the at the same time. Looks like a nice, just crap hours.
