Muy mal servicio al cliente , teniendo yo el recivo y la aseguranza de una bicicleta no m la quisieron cambiar ,, Deberían explicar a los clientes lo que cubre la aseguranza y que no le digan al cliente que cubre todo x que éso es mentira y a parte me dijieron que toys "R" Us no era WAL-MART claro xk WAL-MART si cuida a sus clientes....

The store is pretty nice and has a good selection of toys. The problem I had was I went in to purchase a large outdoor pool, my family and I found the one we wanted and pulled the white purchase slip. We went to checkout and when they ran the barcode they said this pool was discontinued and they didnt have any in stock but the manager would call the Westside store to see if they had one, after 30 mins waiting they had one left. So I had to drive out there for the pool, but for the 3 stars is for not managing their stock, if an item is out of stock or discontinued pull the purchase forms from the display wall so the customer doesnt waste their time.

They need to check the stuff people return before putting it back on the shelves to resell smh my kids father came to visit and took them shopping and my daughter came home with a slim set and 75% of what was listed as items included was missing, this is ridiculous!!

One of the worst Toys"R"Us store Ive been to. The staffs are lazy and lack common product knowledge. I rather order online and wait on my kids toys than to go their. They have a pretty good selection, its just the staff is cant deal with.
