This store sucks. I had called looking for a product that their website stated was in stores only. The person at this location took the call and told me that they had stock from a delivery the night before and that they had the product available. I drove 45 minutes in traffic down to their location and couldnt find it anywhere on the shelf. 2 reps I walked up to for assistance just saw me and turned and walked away. The place was a shambles, I walked around the store twice unable to find anyone on the floor working. When I did finally, they werent able to help me with my issue. I asked to see a manager. After waiting for about 12-13 minutes a 20 something manager showed up and I was directed to deal with a helper monkey that would check the computer. She told me that their system showed Qty 11 but that it hadnt been refreshed since their delivery so if it wasnt on the shelf she didnt know what to say? Wtf? Then I went to speak with this manager again and waited another ten minutes at which point I was told they were really sorry. Yeah, that was it. Didnt offer to raincheck me, free shipping to my door, nothing. Just SORRY. HOW ABOUT CUTTING ME A CHECK FOR MY TIME AND GAS! Dont shop here, when that toy breaks and is under warranty good luck returning it through these creeps, you aint gonna see dime one!

This is a store that puts the customer LAST! NEVER SHOP HERE!! The staff is very unknowledgeable from product location, availability, and function to basic store policies. I asked several people questions,with no answers. I appreciate they company giving opportunity to these grade school dropouts, managed by high school dropouts, however as a paying customers they are inconvenient waste of time. On top of that some hit my car in the parking lot, went in to give the store their information. When I noticed the damage (1 hour later) I called this store. Again, no one knew where the information was put. To find out the next day, they handed her a piece of paper to leave on my car. Of course nothing was there. The dumbest group of people. Now theyve cost me repairs to my vehicle, along with disappointments with 2 of my purchases of over $100 each.

Store manager Desiree is the rudest person in sales Ive ever dealt with. After Christmas I was asking about the price match policy over the telephone, the original sales person I spoke with stated she didnt know much about this policy. I asked to speak with the store manager, when Desiree spoke on the phone she instantly had an attitude. She said since I didnt believe her sales person she guessed I had to hear it from the "horse’s mouth" and then proceeded to be rude the entire conversation. I understand that this time of year is busy in retail and that the customer is not always right, however the customer always deserves respect and I did not feel that I received that from this manager. I shop at Toys R Us quite a bit but I will go to the store in Aurora or Centennial before I return to this store as long as Desiree is a manager.

I generally shop here, so much better than walmart! I had to return an item that was damaged and I did not notice when I purchased it. The return process was smooth! They were obviously short staffed, but every employee I encountered was pleasant and helpful! But one employee stood out above and beyond! Elli! That poor woman was taking care of a register with a full line and customer service, but yet keeping her cool and acknowledging every customer and every child! Most impressive act of an employee I have ever seen in a retail setting. She had called for backup and a nice young lady Magaly came up and finished our return so we could head out. I will continue to shop here because of the customer service!

Whew, this place is a little chaotic at Christmas as you can imagine. Not just the crush of people in the store, but it gets pretty messy. Having extended hours around the holidays was great, and their staff was very helpful. The only thing I took a star off for is that their movies can be priced inconsistently... I found a Lego Movie DVD set for $7.99, but all of the others just like it were labeled $12.99, and mine rang up at the higher price. This wasnt the first movie I saw with inconsistent labeling, so be careful.

Dont EVER go shopping here. I got my crib & bedding stuff here. I went to open the bedding stuff & there was stains on it EVERYWHERE. Go shopping here if you wanna get ripped off. Id rather go to walmart. The managment there sucks. The people are rude. When my mom & sister went in there so pick some things out for me, they asked where a couple things were, & the person told them that they dont sell that there. I went in that there & saw everything that my mom & sister asked for. I wish they would just close this store.

I tried calling first and no answer on the phones. Then i drive there and No customer service help from any of the 20 teens they got running the show. I walked around the whole time I was there and got nothing out of anyone. At least 10 workers walked past me doing nothing and still they did not ask if I needed assistance. However when walking past a series desk in electronics I overheard a worker stating she was told not to answer the phones. Wtf????

I like that no one really shops here so they usually have what I need but the male manager thats currently there is cocky and rude. Dont appreciate his attitude much. He was mad that we purchased a heavy item and he couldnt just put it in the back of my truck. Instead... He had a small girl that was working and my husband do all the lifting and told them what to do when he didnt even know.

The problem with this store is that they are so disorganized. Its as though theyre more concerned with filling the shelves than having the prices accurate, then when you go up thinking youre paying $10 for an item you find that its $25 and then theyll argue with you about where you got it. Then if the product isnt in the wrong place then its out of stock. Other Toys R Us are much nicer.

This store SUCKS! It is the messiest store I have ever been in, and it is like that every time that I go. Toys are mis-shelved, and thrown on the floor. They are always low in merchandise. They dont price match, at least when weve been they didnt. And a lot of their toys are way overpriced. I wont be back again, and I will be spending money at Walmart in their toy section instead.

Called first to see if the had a desk they said "after looking they are out of stock" but the computer said they did so I took the gamble and drove out. They had two sitting in the middle of the floor along with about a hundred other boxes. I literally could not get down several isles. Huge fire hazard!! They were the only place that had it or I wouldnt have have when bought it.
