Nathan & Jacob in Customer Service @ Babies R US in Littleton: YOU GUYS ROCK AND KNOW WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS!!! ThanX again for the great service!!! I tried to return a new item many times to the store in Highlands Ranch, but there was always some problem. And yes, I did also forget my receipt one time, but still they wouldnt let me to exchange it with another size nor even less for something different of the same amount. Their customer service people and supervisor dont really know what Customer Service stands for... its written above them, but dont really live up for it. And the other issue is that I dont live in town, but I drive down from the mountain just to do this. Everybody else in the store was very helpful, but since those Service People turned me off so much, I decided to just empty my full cart and go home without purchasing anything in Highlands Ranch. You guys are lucky that different families are having different kids, or youd be already out of business.

Dont ever use online ordering/store pickup from this store! I ordered some formula online to pick up in the store in order to avoid having to wait in the holiday lines--huge mistake! The store was terribly understaffed (there was not ONE single cashier working and only two stressed-out women trying to cash everyone out at the customer service desk) so I had to wait forever, only to find out my order was not ready over 2 1/2 hours after ordering. To top it all off, the woman "helping" me with my order was incredibly rude and snapped at me when I inquired about my debit card possibly being charged twice since I had already paid for my item online and she wanted to swipe my card again. This is not the first time Ive been in this store when it seems like there are not nearly enough cashiers or people on the floor helping customers, but it is the first time Ive been treated so rudely. I wont ever shop at this location again.

If you like the diapers and wipes you want always out of stock, nothing ever decently discounted in the clearance section, long lines for check out, and employees that have no idea what the sales and promotions are and never have the freebies ready (like when there is supposed to be a free stuffed animal with a purchase, etc) this is your store! Obviously managed horribly. Never should have changed to a Toys R Us/Babies R Us combo store as that has just added to the confusion for the employees and besides who buys toys new anymore, they are SO over priced! I will say that the employees are friendly (though still useless) and the store is clean, but those are about the only pros.

Babies R Us, Toy R Us.... I have never, ever had a more terrible experience with a company. This company is incredible. I shop there twice a week and I always have a bad experience there. They are rude, their food is old (way passed the "best before" date", there is no one to assist you on the floor, or simply because they have CANCELED my REWARDS account TWICE with no reason!!!!!! So I am unable to get the "points".... They stop sending coupons whenever they feel like. There is no loyalty to their customers so now I just shop in Whole Foods, Target and Costco.

This store Literally Profiled a Hard working latina grandmother accusing her of shoplifting while shopping for Easter dresses for her grankids. Poor lady had to be embarrassed to be later found innocent. Have we not shamed enough of our hard working people in this country already?!?! Ther Staff at this particular location...wait.. we all knw it starts with mangment really need to get a gripp. So unprofessional and them carrying a Big name like "ToysRUs is not Good for ToysRUs

The babys R us at this location is small. I would say 85 percent Toys r us and 15 percent Babys R us. We went here to add items to our baby registry and spent at least an hour or two scanning items. Days later we find out the employee didnt finish out the scan process correctly and we lost everything we scanned. Frustrating, but nonetheless its still an okay place to get toys.

FYI- this store is currently under construction and is going to become mostly a Toys R Us store. It will still have some baby stuff but not nearly the selection. The highlands ranch store and the internet are going to be your best bet for the best selection.

the worst service ever. I went during a regular day, it wasnt busy, I was first put on the phone for 42 mins just to be put on hold and then had the worst service over the phone when I was just asking if they had monopoly in stock. The worst place ever

This used to be a great Babies r Us, but now it is 90 percent Toys r Us. There inventory is abysmal, and the store is noisy, over-lit, and DIRTY!! They destroyed a once nice store- I would avoid and go to Westminster or shop online,

I would leave NO STARS!!!! This is a HORRIBLE STORE and THE STAFF IS THE WORST PART OF IT!!!!! THEY DONT KNOW WHAT THEIR DOING AND ARE EXTREMELY RUDE!!! NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FOR STORE PICK UP!!!!

This is a great store for toy shopping. My youngest gets most of his Amiibos here. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They advertise this is a gun free zone, so enter at your own risk.

Chaos. I hate getting Babies R Us gift certificates because I have to go here. Always only one cashier open when there are 20 people in line. The prices are always wrong. I dread this place.

Overpriced. They have improved upon restocking merchandise a bit. Sometimes you can find unique toys, but not my first choice for toy hunting.
