Was there today and when I was standing waiting to be checked out, there were three employees talking behind the only open register. They were all discussing putting their two weeks notice in right in front of me. My son was there picking out a birthday gift and I bought him and his sister who wasnt with us some candy. The lady checking us out made a rude comment about how he was going to be sick from sugar and up all night. Besides being super unprofessional the store was a disaster with open empty boxes everywhere in the middle of aisles and then three employees standing up front doing nothing but talking about disliking their jobs. I wont go back and will go to the store on Havana.

Worst customer service some older girl answers and didnt listen to anything i said and talked in an undesirable tone for c.s reps to use ... I called about the bday club evite i recieved and she tried to spout b.s instead of asking to find out what i was talking about. She started saying about the lego event . NOT the bday club and i specifically asked and the bday club and if geoffrey would be having a story time . she then decided to make up what SHE THOUGHT was going on instead of asking someone else to get me the right info i needed . i spend alot of money at toys r us and the poor attitude and comments at the end of the convo instead of saying have a nice day was pathetic .

This store could be better run by a pack a rabid baboons. The "manager", (if you can call him that) Logan, was completely rude and un-helpful. I imagine given the fact that his only aspiration in life was to capture the low hanging fruit of working in a failing toy store, it was difficult for him to comprehend the large words I was using. Naturally, he became frightened that his alpha male status would be wrestled away and threatened to have me removed from the store, a spectacle I would have eagerly paid to see on PPV back in the mid 90s.

Parking was horrible and crowded! The staff was REALLY rude and unprofessional. I couldnt find a game so a worker passed by and I said "excuse me" and she said "Im sorry Im busy right now"! Like, how rude? When I went to check out the guy had taken pills or something right in front of me (I think he had a disorder of something (which thats not bad or anything)). I dont think I will be going back there again. if the staff was nicer and more polite and professional I would go back....

I expect Toys R Us to be a bit chaotic and unorganized, its a toy store. What I dont expect is the things that the adult employees are in charge of to also be a complete mess. Walking around and seeing marketing materials scattered on the floor, the place is generally dirty, and the bathroom....omg...the bathroom. Used Qtips with cosmetics waste left on the sinks, toilet paper everywhere, even a minimal effort to clean would be vast improvement.... get it together, guys.

I cannot say enough nice things about this Toys R Us location. Aside from the fact that their selection is excellent, the customer service is exceptional. The manager, Rachel, went above and beyond to help us with our Christmas shopping and her staff Cori was great. They even pulled out a couple of coupons that we could use. This was one of the very best holiday shopping experiences Ive ever had and we have Rachel to thank for it! Bravo Toys R Us!

This is the most disorganized store ever. The employees are clueless and Im not sure why. If this was a one time event, I could excuse it. However, this has been true for the last several years. I will avoid shopping here at all cost because they will overcharge you if you buy anything on sale or product placement is unclear on the price. Also the sale price does not show up until after it is wrung up. No Other Store Does This. DUMB!!!

Very unkempt. Disorganized and somewhat dirty. Bathroom missing paper towels and trashed. Items are scattered, out of stock, or ripped open. Not much is faced. Feels like a thrift store. People who work there are who get the stars, they are really nice. Toys R Us corporate is in need of an overhaul. They probably wont last more than a few years on the current trajectory.

Just called about a little girls bike that I wanted placed on hold so I could buy it today for my daughter. After speaking with the man on the phone about the bike, Im not sure that I want to spend my money with this store/location. He was rude and condescending on the phone. I can certainly buy a bike elsewhere if thats how they treat their customers.

This place is a mess. It looked like someone purposefully trashed the girls bathroom - toilet paper (among other things) EVERYWHERE. And this is not just one visit. It was dramatically awful. The store is completely disorganized, with no staff on the floor for assistance. It is a disaster. I would steer far clear of this place.

Super helpful! We bought a bike and after a while it needed a maintenance. We brought the bike into the store and an assistant manager David fixed it in a couple of minutes. I always receive help from all employees and everyone goes above and beyond to help. Great and well trained team! They will see me there again!

Im getting tired of writing reviews like this. This place has the same feel of a flea market, your great aunts and uncles would drag you to. The store is extremely unorganized. The bathrooms are filthy and I spotted an employee use the bathroom, walk out without washing his hands and use the water fountain.

What a complete disaster! I will give a little sympathy due to it being December, but ish! Totally disorganized, toys scattered, and no room to push cart. It felt more like a Flea market than anything else. I do have to say, the lady at the register was very kind and helpful. However, clean your store!

Yeah it is true the parking can be a real pain but however this Toys R us is way better than the others in Denver area. The staff at other locations and some of the practices are far below the standards of this location. It think this one is managed much more closely than others.

I shop at this store frequently. Everyone is always helpful and friendly. Youre greeted when you walk in, and they ask you if you need help locating something. I love this store. Having shopped here many, many times, I cannot imagine why there are negative reviews...

Amazing staff and amazing selection!!!!! Next time we come here first! Amazing selection of quality kids bikes. This place blew the door off of target and Walmart. Pricing was great and staff is young and has a great attitude. Thanks TOYS R US!!!

Ordered a product online and was shipped a completely different item. After about 20 mins of arguing I left with the wrong item received. Toysrus wouldnt fix the problem. I can see why these stores are slowly closing down.

What a disaster. Felt dirty. With as many staff that I saw standing around maybe they should have been organizing. They were nice and pulled something off a truck that just arrived since none were left on the shelves.
