This was the worst experience I have ever encountered. The customer service sucked. They tried to cut corners. I purchased a remote start for my car, and after it was installed It set off my alarm on my car when I would start it. I called the VERY next day, and they said that they wouldnt be able to see me. I explained that I wouldnt be able to take it in they next three days, because of work, and the receptionist asked me "would you like to bring it in the next day after tomorrow"? I said "I just told you that I have to work". I had to make an appointment for 4 days later...for them to fix something that they had messed up! When I went to take my car in on my appointed day...I spoke with a person who appeared to be the manager. I explained to him that they had installed it wrong, and that it set my car alarm off when I started the vehicle. He went to ask the installers about it, and he returned to say " Oh, we will just have to put a relay in it. hmmm why didnt they do this in the first place? He then requested that I come back tomorrow. I said " that would be fine and good except I have an appointment for today. He seemed kinda off put by this. I then asked how long it would take and I was told it would only be 2 hours tops. I waited ALL day. I had to call them. When I did call them...they said. "Oh yeah, your car has been ready"!! Wow.

I received a warranty phone by UPS and was told to go to T-Mobile to get all my stuff transferred from my old phone to my new phone. I went to T-Mobile and 45 min later they still couldnt figure out how to transfer my information to my new phone. I also asked T-Mobile for a new Zagg screen saver which they didnt have. I got to my car and called Car Toys in Greeley and sure enough, they had a screen saver for me. I went over and Heather Noel came out and installed my new screen saver for me. Then I told her about the issues I had with T-Mobile not being able to transfer my data. She said she could do it for me and sure enough, 10 min later I walked out the door with a new screen protector (installed beautifully) and all my data transferred to my new phone. I cant say enough good things about the Greeley T-Mobile store. They have always given me top notch service and I really hate to even walk into a T-Mobile store anymore. Thanks Heather!

If I could give zero stars I would trust me!!! We recently purchased a speaker from here on Friday, we were waiting for our custom speaker box to arrive which came in on Tuesday We never looked inside the box, which was a mistake from the beginning, so on Tuesday night we finally opened it and found a hole on the speaker. We do not live close to car toys, so we had till today (Wednesday) to try to return it. We never installed it, we never did anything with it, we came as soon as we could and they didnt do anything. They kept saying a manager will be out, then next another manager will be in tomorrow and then another manager and so on. Horrible customer service, but of course its in Greeley what else can you expect

It seemed like once I was approved for an amount that they wanted to get me as close as possible to that amount. Once I agreed I was called twice after I had dropped off my vehicle that the price had increased and that there were "extra parts" that they didnt know came with the purchase. After the install the system worked for two days and the head unit went out, and now my air bag alarm has been going on and off. When I contacted the headquarters 3 times now asking for an explanation they have not called or emailed me, its been over 3 weeks. Horrible company I wish I would have went somewhere else! I will never go back to any car toys.

Very disappointing experience at the Greeley Car Toys location. Called a week in advance, paid for the product and made an appointment for 10 AM on a Sunday morning. The guy on the phone said it may take a few hours so be here early. Was the first person in the door. Left, walked around the shopping center, came back at 12, car was still in the parking lot, was told they would get to it soon. They must not have a first come first serve policy especially for appointments. 2 hours later it was finally done. Staff was very dismissive, lots of people just standing around, lack of candor to accommodate.

Christian took exceptional care of me while I was on the market for a new radio after my car was broken into. He listened to what I wanted and set me up with the coolest touch screen radio that connects right up to my iPhone and was everything I wanted! He also helped a ton with the documentation I needed for insurance. They got me in for install immediately and had all the parts so I didnt have to wait for anything. Kyle was the one who installed for me and it looks amazing and showed me how to utilize all of the features on my new radio. They took great care and I would definitely recommend.

i have visited the store numerous times for hard to get parts that made it so i had to use them and grit my teeth every time i go !! just to come out empty handed and disappointed every time and with the result of going to another car toys in a different location this last time they were not only not knowledgeable but rude as they were more interested in watching the cute teen wanting a new sell phone case it dont take 4 guys to do that but they missed out on a 400 dollar sub package for a 20 dollar cell phone case that she didnt even buy my advice take the drive and go somewhere else

Ignore the negative reviews - these guys are professional, affordable and courteous. I was told it would be weeks before any other shop in town could schedule me for a simple aftermarket stereo swap. The team at Car Toys were able to get me an appointment for the same day and the install only took about an hour. No problems, damage to my car or extra charges. $80 for a bluetooth stereo install after tax is definitely a great bargain especially considering how fast and friendly the service was. Thanks Tony and Mike - the new stereo looks and sounds great.

Recently I had the opportunity to purchase a Bluetooth car stereo for my Ford Expedition. I found the salesperson, Christian, to be most knowledgeable and helpful regarding a car stereo to meet my needs. Once I had selected the car stereo my vehicle was in the shop where Ernie took great care of us in the installation of the car stereo. Our Expedition was returned clean and the installation looked like the stereo had been in our vehicle from day one. If you are interested in great customer service and attention to detail this is the place to go.

This store always impresses me with their professionalism and outstanding customer service, and my last visit to upgrade my phone was no different. Darek went out of his way to obtain the exact device I wanted and had it in store by EOD. He is definitely the right man for the manager position. It is always a busy place and he is a very efficient multitasker with questions coming at him in all directions, and still maintaining the task at hand. Thank you Darek!
