I went on Christmas Eve to buy my daughter some boots I showed my daughter the boots because I wanted to make sure that she was happy and satisfied with them I came home after paying for the boots I wrap them up and put them under the Christmas tree never paid attention to them paid $32 and some change for them Christmas morning 12 a.m. my daughter open her boots she was so excited she then went to put the boot on and it did not fit I told her dont worry Ill take it back and get you a larger size the day after Christmas I went to take the boot back when I open the box I noticed that the boot look kind of worn anyway I went and I got another pair of boots to size larger than the size that I had because of the way the boot was made when the sales person came to the counter she told me that the boot had been warned I said I noticed that when my daughter try the boots on but I was bringing them back just to exchange for a larger size they told me no that they could not exchange them because they look used I said it looked used but she did not wear them evidently it had to have been that way from the start she told me that somebody probably I said are you trying to tell me that one boot was worn in the other one was not one evidently you all had put the boot from d is play in the Box so I open up the new box of boots that I was about to purchase for my daughter should I say try to exchange for my daughter and the boots look worn I told her I said see even these boots look like they have been worn so you should exchange some boots they they told me they could not exchange the boots because that is the policy and it looks worn and I who once against said she did not wear one boot where would she go in one boot evidently you all gave me a boot off of display you need to exchange the boots for me they told me no that was my first time going there and there will be my last time going there and by the way here I am mad as hell because that is bad business evidently they have been exchanging shoes for other people and selling it.the boots and shoes to the people who dont really notice that they are putting display shoes that people are walking around in in the store in boxes and selling it and not repaying these people for money that they have spent up in the store dont go there Im telling you its a rip-off they say the shoes are one price when you get there they are different price and anyway who wants to buy shoes that has been worn from the start dont go there

Bought a cute pair of shoes (very inexpressive) the heel broke off the second time I wore them. (Within 15 days of purchase) Owner would not exchange or give store credit and was extremely rude. Too bad I cant post -5 stars. Ah well, got what I paid for, DSW here I come!!

Bad place to shop..the prices might be cheap...but 20$ is 20$... i shopped there once and they dont have manager on duty...and you cant return the shoes even though you didnt wear them....
