This store is not too bad of a store, but there is no need for the store manger to feel as though he needs to pop from out of no where to ask you "did the shoes work out for you"!? If the whole entire time I had been in the store he said nothing. As I walked toward the cash register to check out (there was no one at the check out lane to check anyone out and I had to walk directly past the exit door so he probably wanted me to know that he was paying attention in case if I chose to walk out of the store without having paid). No need for all of this non sense, for not everyone is interested in stealing. I think I will just shop for shoes via online from now on. If they dont fit or if I do not like the shoes, Ill simply walk in a store to return them then walk back out.

Went in today and spoke with an Ashley, I am guessing she was new bc Ive been coming to this shoe carnival for four years and have never seen her well she had the WORST ghetto Attitude ever! I usually have awesome experience with the sales people at Shoe carnival but not today!! She definitely lacked experience and did not make me feel welcome at all and was overall SO RUDE! It really ticked me off but being I had a long day I just bit my tongue and walked away! Hope shoe carnival sees how she treats their customers and takes action on the training on that employee!

The prices arent as affordable as I thought they would be. Many of the brand name shoes are quite expensive. And the quality of the no name brand shoes is not great and theyre still pricey.
