Absolutely worst customer service! Associate asked me "you ok" when I walked in....Whaaat? I was confused! Isnt the correct statement hello what can I do for you? Anyway I went to buy Insoles and opened box and old used pair was inside instead of new pair! I informed them and they didnt care. Asked if I could get military discount they said then never have and 90 days prior they did! I asked to see manager and he said ok but continued to stand there for a few minutes I asked if he was going to get the manager he replied naaw Ill just wait here for them......Whaaaaat? The the manager said they dont do military discount anymore! This place is ridiculous! Crap service and high prices, Corporate neds to do something about this!

The customer service was no service, my son waited over 20 mins for a sales associates to assist. Then when checking out express to the cashier my disappointment he continues to say that they work on commission. I was trying to express how they was not being alert two different sales associate but unknown of name . At the register 3 sales associate standing there. Do not waste your time at willow rook finish line

Went in to buy Air Max 97 Ultra, two employees were on their phones the entire time I was there! And other two looked like they didnt care about their jobs at all. Seriously, they were goofing because one of the girls boyfriend was there and I was just trying to get my damn shoes. Dont waste your time here. Seriously.

The salesman has no C.S at all. He tried to sell my son one shoe. He thought we wouldnt open the freaking box I guess. Oh stay away from him hes rude too hes name is" PERRY"
