i purchased some shoes n sox for someone in another city, they were never recieved, when i called to inquire, i was told my purchase wasnt in the system, naturally i was a little frustrated with the employee, she put me on hold for 10 min n never returned ti the phone, i made several attempts to call back after the long hold , n the phone was still off the hook.

This is one of the worst Journeys Kidz Ive ever been too. Their customer service is horrible! They need a new maneger ASAP that can run this store. I dont recommend this kidz Journeys to anyone.
