Place is clean, and the selection Of shoes is great. However, the service is horrible. I happened to go when their merchant services were out, meaning no credit cards, or atm payment system was available. I understand that computer issues happen, but the associates were rude and didnt bother to inform the customers waiting in line or the ones at the store. Also, one of the associates was very rude.

I havent been in a long while... and this was the worst experience ever. That take forever to ring up people. 2 sales associates being one register... I have kids screaming and running around crazy... stressing mom and no one could open up a cashier register... meanwhile having a great time laughing and carrying on. I wouldnt waste your time.

Terrible costumer service. The girl acted like it was a hardship to be asked where the benchs to try on shoes. The associate walking the floor was on his phone the entire time I was in there and avoided asking me if I needed help like I had the plague. They wont get my business.

The customer service here was AWESOME! They dont have a huge selection in my size in stock, I wear a 15 wide, but they helped me order online and helped with a return!

Place is clean and they have a big variety of popular shoe. Not the cheapest prices but the bogo deals make up for it. Everyone is very friendly and helpful.

Service was great but unfortunately Nike doesnt create a pair of shoes nowadays that DONT or ARENT made of mesh.. so I walked out empty handed.
