I dont shop for shoes often but the few times Ive come here, they didnt have my size in the shoe Ive wanted. I know they can order it but I could also order it myself online. I go into a store to pick it up and take it home. Plus the last time I went, someone was able to switch Wal-Mart brand Bobs/Toms for theirs...

I went in but one of the pair of shoes I wanted they didnt have in my size but they told me they could have them ordered and sent to my house at no extra charge and I could still get the bogo sale offer with them. They said it would take 3 to 5 days and I had them in 2!! I LOVE SHOE CARNIVAL!!!!!

All of the employees I spoke to were very friendly and knowledgeable. I had to exchange a pair of shoes I got as a gift for a different size, and it was the easiest process. Very happy with my experience there.

Dont have women sizes to fit all ... I have a 12 and some times 12 and half foot in womens shoes. And to shop in mens that I need lots of support in my shoes and u can find it but u have to have ugly shoes.

There are some good sales and clearance here pretty frequently. I only wish they had a larger selection of dress/nice mens shoes.
