Absolutely horrible experience. I went into TGFS with bad foot pain. The greedy sales rep Donny did their usual "smoke and mirrors" foot print test and told me how my feet were out of balance and wallah! I needed $1000 worth of insoles. I tried them out and to my amazement they felt really good and so I rolled the dice and took a chance and bought them as I was desparate for relief. I used them exactly as prescribed and within 2 days the pain had returned as bad as it was when I walked in the store. Donny had told me he would be calling to see how I was doing. HE DIDNT. I had to call them and complain the pain was awful. They had me come back to the store for a "refitting" and ended up with a new step 1. This was when I found out that they sell all kinds of insoles in all different price ranges. But when I walked in the store he made it sound like the $1000 insoles were all they had. He was greedy and calculating and tailored his speel so as to take advantage of me in my painful state. So anyway, after 2 weeks of pain WORSE THAN WHEN I STARTED, I returned the god-awful insoles and demanded a refund. I had to settle with a 20% restocking fee. The whole experience costed me alot more pain than when I walked into the store and cost me $300 (the $100 foam inserts are non refundable too). These people are total con artists. Do your research, go to your doctor first, I wish I had. I still have bad PF pain, but I know The Good Feet Store is not the answer.

I came in about 6 months ago with my feet killing me. My heels were the worst and I am on my feet all day for about 12 hours. I have had Dr made custom supports in tge past but they were way too hard to use and it took them 6 weeks to make them. A friend at work told me to try Good Feet because I could have them the same day. I have heard good and bad so wasnt sure what to expect. Brian worked with me and showed me an entire system with three different levels. All of them felt amazing, but I really loved the strengthening support. I was just starting my new job didnt really have a ton of money. He got me in a support that was only 175 bucks with an option to upgrade to a lifetime warranty support in 30 days and I could credit my amount paid and put it towards the even stronger ones. I am so glad I did. My feet have been amazing. I wear them every single day. My heels dont hurt and I can actually enjoy myself after work. They do have some expensive stuff but will work with you and they have payment options with no interest. Im very grateful for the time that was spent to help me get something that would actually work and I could afford. Thanks again guys.

Having foot pain and back pain really affects everything you do. It was hard to believe something so simple could work so fast and in such an amazing way. The supports can be transferred to all of your shoes (even sandals and flip flops!) It truly is life changing being able to do the things you love without having to go through constant pain. Trying weeks of therapy and missing work and getting injections or anything else you can try just to be back to the same pain is is expensive and very irritating. My wife is on her feet 12 hour days and wears them and she just loves them. I told my brother about them as well because he stands all day and his heels were hurting and he couldnt believe how great they felt when he got them. My mother just had hip surgery and we will be getting them for her so she can keep her balance. If you are tired of trying everything and still in the same situation I would check them out. They will do a free consult. They have tons of different options and will go through all of them with you to find something that works. Best thing is they have a warranty and its for a lifetime! Hard to beat anything like that.

I have had pain in my feet for over ten years. I had supports made for me about 4 years ago, they helped but never took all the pain away. I was working with a gentleman named Brian who really listened to me and seemed to actually care to help. So I was willing to try anything. After stepping on the first support I was blown away. My toes were NOT IN PAIN. I couldnt believe it. I opted to get the strong support, its the step 1. Im so happy my feet are pain free. No pressure on my toes. They truly are amazing. I will definitely be back to get more supports from The Good Feet Store. Ill be getting ones I can use in my sandals and slippers. Hard to beat a warranty that covers you for life. Thanks Brian and The Good Feet Store. I finally feel pain free!!! After years of hurting its a blessing. Thanks again.

First off I am very frugal and am not one to spend a stack of cash without a positive return. I recently have been dealing with piriformis syndrome and was reluctant to go here thinking it was snake oil. The staff was great, immediate relief in my pain and the product has continued to live up to that. I about ran out of the door when the price came up but after wearing them for a while the decision was easy. The cost was a drop in the bucket compared to the Dr.visits I have been to in the past months with no results. A no brainier really, maybe not for everyone but I feel great about my purchase. The money was not even on my mind the first time I stood all day at work, went home and worked on my feet all night in the garage Vs sitting in my chair with back pain like the last two years. Thank You

I cant speak enough on the change thats been made in my feet. Best decision ever! I did, however,run into an issue with the relaxer (leather covered ) insert, with the leather pulling away from the insert after only 1week of wearing them. According to the warranty, that is the one thing NOT covered , but... I called the store about it anyway. I was asked to being it back in for them to look at. Marion was very easy to work with and exchanged them out with another pair, no issues(or added cost)at all. With the overall cost of the inserts being what it is, it was a huge relief to be able to go in and have it taken care of so easily. Thank you, Marion, for helping me make the best decision of investing in myself and for helping when issues came up!

I went into the Good Feet Store and was meet by the store manager, Chris Bailey. Chris was so helpful, he asked questions about my foot pain, where the pain was located and made me feel very comfortable. Chris had me walk with the insoles in my shoes, and I found great relief. The price was high, but Chris worked with me on this, gave suggestions and was very thoughtful and respectful during the whole visit. I came back twice to exchange the daily insole, and I was never made to feel uncomfortable, I would highly recommend The Good Feet Store, I went there because it was recommended to me for my foot pain. It has been 3 weeks and my feet feel so much better. Thank you Chris for all your help.
