We were shopping for tennis shoes that had Velcro-closure for my dad. The salesman new of a brand that had Velcro, but they did not carry them in the store. He told us about the name brand store in Omaha that carried the shoe. We went and found the shoes we were looking for. We really appreciate the excellent customer service we received at Famous Footwear. We will be back!!!
