We werent greeted when we walked in, felt a bit awkward. Didnt even realize the salesman was sitting in the center, thought he was a customer until he asked later if we needed help. When we finally found the right boot electrical proof, skip proof etc we needed a size to try on but they were so busy talking we couldnt find a good time to interrupt them to ask for a different size. So we left and went across the shopping center to Boot Barn where we were greeted and welcomed as we entered. Several minutes later someone approached us to ask us if we needed help. Its nice to be given some time to browse then a follow up to see if we needed assistance. Bought some new work boots for about 200.

Crystal, If it fell apart, as you say, after only 2 weeks, then you should have returned the boots to the store. THEY HAVE A WARRANTY! Raul, You were sold the boot you wanted, even though you were advised that the boot did not fit your feet. The issue was not with Red Wing, but with yourself. Alejandro, Warranties are there for a reason. All companies have them. We followed the policy. We even tried to go above and beyond by offering you another pair for 1/2 price. I dont think Red Wing is the "tool" in this case.

I have never received such great service when selecting the right boot for my feet! Karl did such a good job I purchased two pairs. These are also the best boots I have ever worn...They hold up so well. Thank you Red Wing and Thank you Karl!

I have always wore red wings and thats all I will wear, I will drive to Houston to get them from another store besides this one in Tomball. Customer service is a freaking joke.

Spent over $200 on a pair of boots. 8 months later the inside lining began to tear. (Im a 300lb guy) Brought them in, next day boots were 100% repaired. Satisfied customer!
