HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! My family went in this Sunday to buy shoes for my 11 month old daughter. It was surprisingly empty in the store. I saw 4 other families/customers besides us. We found the kids section ourselves. We browsed for about 5 min before I had to go find someone to help us. I asked the young ladies (2 of them) working 1 isle over from where we are looking at shoes if one of them could help us. The elder of the two said that they were stocking shoes and were busy!! (I am Serious!) I finally asked again if they could at least just measure her foot. She said, "I guess but I will have to go, ugh, get the thing to measure her." I presented my daughters right foot and the girl asked if that was her right or left foot. (My daughter is sitting in my lap). I said it it was her right and she says no its her left. OK! Really! I told her never mind we would go somewhere else. She said ok! Will never go back to this location.

Im very disappointed I was looking for some Polo boots in conroe new to these area and never found some so I told my husband last stop at shoe carnival and we found them but wen I told the front desk that I need a size they just walk around and didnt even mind on looking for them thanks to my husband he found them wats the whole point of giving welcome on the entrance and they dont even mind on looking for them..

Awesome deals on shoes, especially if youre going to buy several pairs. However, its always a little crazy inside.

Good clearance section, I dont really shop anywhere else in the store though, slightly pricey.

You have to search but they have great shoes on clearance. Found a pair of converse for $25.
