Was told they were raffling the new Jordans. Put in my ticket, they called me the next day and said I had won and all I had to do was pick up the shoes. I was super excited!! Woke up early and got here at 8 am, went to ask the girl about picking them up because I had won them. She just said "no thats not how it works you have to buy them"... after they had told me I won, very bad business practice. They need to make themselves more clear and not say they were free if they werent. When i called to speak with the manager, he told me very sarcastically "ha no, you won a chance to not stand in line" and wouldnt listen when i tried to tell him what one of his employees told me. I will not be shopping here ever again, and Ill let everyome I know of their bad customer service and warn them not to go here.

Bought my son a pair the other day. Came home - realized that one shoe had a defect (something sharp inside,on one of the sides). Came back to the store with receipt & original box the next day asking for replacement or store credit - was told that shoes were worn and they cant help me. There was no sign of wear on them at all...but the cashier was pointing to a sticker inside the shoe that was a bit rubbed off... insisting it was worn. (I guess it rubbed off, when he tried them on at home. I could not prove otherwise). Had to take them to shoe repair shop, to remove sharp edge. Be VERY CAREFUL when you buy anything from them, ask for 2nd pair - when trying anything out and walk inside their store in both shoes, before purchasing them - cause once you buy them, youre stuck with them...

Same staff for a couple of years already. That says a lot about a properly, happily ran business. Im a size 14, I only buy retail so most times end up going somewhere else. Regardless ,if theres a new release i wanna cop. I go there first.

Shoe palace gets pretty much every release of sneakers throughout the year. The only thing is they usually either make your buy a bunch of apparel or simply just charge over retail for them. sometimes its a little much.
