Thanks for getting back to me. I went to enter the Yeezy 750 raffle at Footaction Willowbrook in Houston. It was one of the 5 locations listed on the Adidas website to carry the shoe. I entered earlier at the Greenspoint location with no issues. Upon entering the Willowbrook location, we asked an employee for the raffle and he immediately said that they shut it down early. I thought it was odd so I asked why? He said that it was getting too rowdy? I said how did it get rowdy? He said we ran out of tickets. Check footlocker they have them. Now I know that your stores get many, many tickets so theres not a chance they could run out of tickets. And then the employee purposely tried to send us out of the store to Footlocker knowing very well that they were not carrying the Yeezy 750. After leaving a friend that was with me @aliq87, I believe he tweeted you also about the situation, called the footaction to ask about the raffle situation. The same employee answered that it was too rowdy, we ran out of tickets. @aliq87 asked what happened first, he said we ran out of tickets. Then when he asked for the employees name, he refused and passed the phone to the manager. The manager rudely stated that I dont know what my employee is telling you but we ran out of tickets. In the big picture, its not a big deal. However, I live over an hour away from Willowbrook location and was happily going to stores and entering all the available raffles. To have an employee lie to my face, along with my friend and our wives just didnt feel very good. I expected more from one of your only handful of location getting such a big release. Other workers in the mall that saw us leaving were making comments about how Footaction has been sending people away and something shady is up there. In a time where many stores are accused of unfair raffles or selling pairs on the side for more money, I just didnt get a good feeling about how the employees and the manager were acting and treating us as customers. I will get you the managers and the employees name if I can in the morning. I would think you would like to look into why exactly Footaction Willowbrook ended their raffle early. I personally will go online and share my experience with that location wherever I can. The shoe community for a release like this doesnt take kindly to stores that play by their own rules to hurt customers.

Horrible. It was listed to have the shoes i wanted. The triple black ultra boost 3.0. So i show up to a line of maybe 4 people who had been waiting before me. Then an employee walks up to us and ask what we needed. (Keep in mind the store was still closed and barely about to open.) We said we were waiting on the release to which they proceeded to go and tell us that footaction the actual corporate made a mistake and lied About them getting the shoes. To which he proceeded to go to the back and not come out at all againfor maybe 30 minutes. Then when he finally did he told us that no store in houston got them when i know clearly other stores did sbecause i called. Now i understand that maybe corporate marked the wrong store but for him to be as rude as he was is kind of shady to me. Almost as if he was hididng something.

The worst customer service ever ! Needs new manager and staff. No one is motivated to help the customer. They all standing around, listening to the music and talking to one another. Therefore, I did not feel motivated to spend any money. This is not the first time I came into the store and had problems with customer service. For future peace of mine, I rather shop other Foot Locker subsidiaries or shop online for better customer service.

Its unfortunate. Their training is very poor. You will find the staff jamming to the tunes, checking the girls out or talking to other staff.Always ignoring customers. I go to Shoe Palace,Champs, Finish Line and i walk out satisfied even if they didnt have my size.Foot Locker had the same issues but they have improved greatly. So it can change.
