BY FAR BEST EVER. UNDERSTANDING THAT ALL TYPES OF STUFF COMES IN AND OUT OF THERE ON A DAILY BASIS, I DONT EXPECT THEM TO KNOW TOO MUCH ABOUT EVERYTHING. GUESS IF ITS A QUESTION FOR ME THEN CANT REALLY BELITTLE ANYONE ELSE FOR NOT KNOWING THE ANSWER FOR SAY. THEY WILL DO THE BEST THEY CAN TO MAKE SURE EVERYONE IS HAPPY. I SEEN FOR MYSELF A CUSTOMER ASK A QUESTION ABOUT SPECIFIC COMPUTERS AND THE REP PULLED OUT A COMPUTER AND THEY GOOGLED AND RESEARCH WHAT THE CUSTOMER WANTED UNTIL EVERYONE WAS HAPPY. ON MY WAY THERE TODAY.
