If I could rate this store with 0 stars I would! The customer service is absolutely TERRIBLE! I brought my iPhone in and they offered me $100 and that the offer will be there until 7pm the fat white lady then tells me to go unlock the iCloud and come back...when I return all the employees deny the $100 offer!!! And refuse to take the phone they are all very rude and liars they act like they never saw me the whole day. She then threathed to not give me service for correcting her on the wrong faults of the employees there. She told me that my phone was stolen after I had already given her my passcode and iCloud code to my phone. I saw all the weapons that everyone else is commenting about and they are correct. The rices are ridiculous when you can buy a brand new one from the store. Ive never been inside that wan shop before but know that I wont return or recommend to anyone. It was overly crowded with very old materials at high prices. Couldnt even form a line at the register because of the many items that were in the middle of the floor and isles. The big white lady was very rude to her employees. She spoke aggressively to them and I saw fear in their eyes as she spoke. She did not care that anyone around was looking either. I Had also grabbed a business card for me and my girlfriend and the fat white lady had told us not to take no more than 1 card. I didnt understand why she would say that but she did. I left the store angrily due to the fact that I wasnt able to handle my business because of the lies I was fed and the very bad and poor business criteria.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE! I purchased a hand gun that turned out to be stolen. The gun was confiscated by the humble police department. I have played phone tag and the waiting game for the pawn shop to do the right thing. Finally one of the employees call me back today to say that since the police has the gun they cant do anything about it. Then the guy tells me that it is my gun because I left the store with it. He saying that i need to wait until hpd locates the original owner who reported the gun stolen in 1993!!!! Yes, 1993! How is it my gun if it was stolen from someone else? Its their gun!!! I want my money back! This is a shady organization. Dont go there! You will be ripped off the owners name is Steve and the managers name is Tim. They are running a shanty operation that does business with thieves, crack heads, and thugs.

their service is horrible, I was trying to buy a .22 tactical rifle Which they had priced at $319, (academy sells it for almost the same price) it was missing the original clip, instead it had a pistol clip in it which was jammed In side the chamber. I managed to get it out with a bit of struggle so I decided to make an offer of 250, the fat guy said "nah man, we sell way to many guns for me to go that low, go pay full price to the store" lol and so I left, it wasnt a good a idea to buy it in the first place since the gun couldve had some really expensive problems, the point is they have horrible service and prices, either way I will try to find out if its legal to sell guns at such price or in such horrible conditions. most their gus are in terrible conditions. stay away from this place if you want to buy a used gun.!!

Ghetto, dingy, shanty and downright ugly place. The absolute worst pawn shop in Houston they are against everything a pawn shop stands for. Terrible customer service, shady customers eyeballing your wallet as you remove it from your pocket. They will refuse service, wont accept payments on pawned items, theyre rude, dishonest, and try to build roadblocks against all customers in order to inconvenience you in every way possible. They love to argue with customers, and make sure you leave dissatisfied. If you enjoy to be hassled, angered, aggravated, annoyed and ripped off, then this is the perfect place for you.

Service is the worst here. I came here to retrieve the items I used for a loan. After a hour long wait while the staff tried to "find" my items, I was told that they couldnt find them. If you intend on getting back your items after getting a loan, do not use this pawn shop. The staff will loose and damage your belongings.

Great service and interesting collection. They have reasonable prices as well. I will probably be going back for my next gun purchase. Only negative is I only remember it saying "Bayou Pawn" on the inside not anywhere outside, the sign did say Pawn something or another though.

Ppl dont know how to just tell you they dont want to help you ....... they just put you on hold , I always thought that place was cool till now . I will continue to keep going there just to be rude to the fat rude 1 that loves food more than her job!!!
