2nd rate pawn shop. They wont reduce any prices so you end up paying ridiculous prices for used garbage for no guarantee. Dont waste your time getting a loan, either. Lowest appraisals of any shop Ive ever patronized and unscrupulous interest/fee schedule. My last day of grace was on a Sunday, so I called Saturday night to make sure I could pick it up Monday morning, since this location closes on Sunday. Manager said yes, when I got there Monday morning they still charged me for another month and late fees. This place is good if youre a drug addict looking for your next fix, but if youre looking for a decent pawn shop, stay away.

This is a excellent pawn shop.. I never have had the need to pawn anything but I have bought quite a few items from this location. They have always been more then fair on their prices and if a item was defective they always made good. So if youre looking to buy something and still have peace of mind then this is the pawnshop Id recommend.

I had two watches I wanted to get a loan on ..just a loan but without the links they wouldnt offer a loan. Pretty sucky ass place just like the rest of these bogus pawn shops in cypress!!

Great customer service. They didnt get mad that I walked in right before closing, literally 10 min till close. Will definitely be doing more business with these guys in the future!

I agree with Tifa!!!!! They have jerks working there I tried to offer $1 a video game and all the employees started laughing and they were talking mess about other customers

They close the store 20-30 mins early and do not answer the phone so good luck getting anything back. Very low end pawn shop
