You can expect professional, respectful, fair service and a great place to shop! Most people who require pawn services are usually in a desperate situation and unfortunately, most pawn shop managers take advantage of them. But not Ace Pawn! I needed a few hundred so I took all of my most valuable jewelry and layed it on the counter. They asked me what I needed to borrow and only took as few pieces as they required to secure the loan! Other places would have just taken all of it. I was informed that my valuables would be secured in the safe and insured for the full value if damaged or stolen. Thank you Ace Pawn!

I had a great experience with my recent purchases at ACE Magnolia. An employee at Academy suggested that I might find the high-end, brand-name product that I needed at ACE Magnolia. A young couple shopping over-heard the employees suggestion and they recommended ACE Magnolia as well. I found that ACE Magnolia had a good product selection, it was nicely displayed in a clean organized store, and the staff was knowledgeable about the specific product that I needed. The price I paid (including sales tax) was very good.

Ace Pawn is always concerned with home security and putting the right weapon in the right hands. Thank you, Rob, for working with my wife to get me an FNX-40 for my 40th birthday. No one can ever go wrong with Ace Pawn when looking for home or self defense. Managed by a Marine, its nothing but straight shootin. But for the people who bring in their stolen s--t. These people are pretty much Liars being in the business I can tell when someone wanted to go home. if you wanted to go home at this time he wanted to he needed to close the doors a quarter till never shut down the machines until you shut the doors. Its not every day someone in the Woodforest will go through there but Ill make sure that nobody else does either. And the big tall guy with long hair hes on drugs he might want to test him

HORRIBLE BUSINESS ETHICS!!!! These people at Ace Pawn in Magnolia off 1488 are only in the business of making as MUCH money possible off of people that are in bad situations. They take advantage of you and then THEY turn around and laugh in your face. DO NOT go here if you want to be treated like human being, they treat you like a animal instead. I WILL NEVER let anyone I know do business with this store. PERIOD.

Was given a (relatively) fair loan for a firearm. When I went to pick it up, I attempted to takedown the firearm to make sure it was entirely the one I had submitted for collateral. Someone had tampered with the firearm after it left my possession which resulted in me dropping, and cracking, the slide. I was not extended any sort of apology, sympathy or compensation.

These are bad people. They lie to make a living. Make sure to read all the signs (which is far above near the ceiling) before you purchase anything from them. There are no refunds or exchanges as per their sale receipt after your purchase but they will say different in order to make a sale. Their face and words change after your money is in their pockets.

Rob is totally awesome. Knows what he is talking about, nice guy, and he doesnt rip people off. I dont go to other pawn shops because the service here is so darn good. And dont take harshly used or broken items here, he wont take them. There is quality in these products.
