Only gave it one star because I had too. We came here early in the day trying to sell a 3 set of infinity speakers that we bought for $2000, they offered us $40 each, it was a little lower than we wanted, so we shopped around to see if we could find someone who would offer us more. Well nobody wanted to pay what we wanted for them so we came back here and tried to sell them $40 each like they had told us 3 hours ago. The asst. manager Ariel (Young man) said, "I dont know why they would tell you $40 because I will only give you $25 each." We told him no because we were offered something different a few hours ago. He pulled up the speakers online each one alone goes $250 so I dont think $40 each is much to ask. Anyway as soon as I told him that this was poor customer service he blew me off and called up the next customer. I will not be going back to that location. If you cant stay true to your word then a pawn shop isnt the place for you to work. Also if you cant treat a lady with respect youre in for a wild ride through life.
