I have went to 6 different Cash America Pawn Shops. They are very rude and sell you a laptop and dont honor it if its broken. When they stated you can bring it back soon as you have tested it out. Wrong. I had to purchase myself 4 power supplies before it worked. No one could find the original ( power supply after I purchased the laptop) They need to get a whole new staff and more than that a new MANAGEMENT STAFF. This one has the best Manager I have ever Found. By far hands down people!! Robert is the name to ask for. Hes honest and will back up his products always. I purchase my Laptops and recommend him to all my students looking for a laptop to use for school. My past experiences at the store are great. I feel like person when I walk in at this store and not just another customer that is buying or selling something. I have friends here.... and treated like one. They tried to change the price of a game on me at the counter they told me the game was 5 then when he rang it up he tried to change it to 10 HONOR YOUR PRICES!

Dont waste your time. The employees do not even acknowledge ones presence.----*
