The customer service is really good and I think they are fair. Just remember if buying something and no way to test in the store to spend the extra couple of dollars on the protection plan so it is covered in case there is an issue with an item up to 6 months from leaving with your item. Their prices are very reasonable and gradually come down the longer an item is on the shelves, which is a really good deal. They have always quoted me a fair price for things also. I have bought two musical instruments at this location and one was fine and the other was not. I did spend the $3 extra to have the protection plan so just took it back and picked another instrument that was close in price. It was a very good deal.

Ive never been so lowballed and treated like a thief as much as I have at this shop. Even sols (which I dont like any location) is better than these guys. Rude attitude to tops it all off. Go somewhere else. Metropawn is right down the street. If you want to deal with Sols, they arent far away either.

We brought in a practically BRAND NEW PS4, controllers, cords and 4 games and a gnat from outside got in the bag and they wouldnt take it because they cant take things with bugs in them. It is absolutely ridiculous. They were so rude and so unprofessional. 100% would not recommend.

Offered me 2 dollars for a 1300 watt 12 inch subwoofer... In mint condition. Good place to buy tgings but never sale your stuff Sols will pay quadruple what this place offers.
