I gave them one star because of all the workers standing around on there phone not helping out paying customers. I was trying to Christmas shop today and could not get any help. I noticed another person in their also when we walked in also trying to purchase something behind the glass case before us politely asking for help and being ignored. I really wanted to buy a some cameras for the kiddos and some pocket knives.also would of bought a ps4 and an Xbox and a couple of bluray players.but could not get any help.seems like everyone wanted to help the only other customer in the store trying to Jew them down on a fender guitar.so we left after waiting 20 minutes.went to cash america down the road and got the help we needed in seconds. I spent over 600.00 there we you guys could of had my business and repeat business but I will never walk into this place again. On Nov.30 at around 1:00 pm today at the south Peoria location.

Ive been in there lots of times for loan and theyve allways have taken care of me.sometimes it does take them a few min. Because its been busy as heck but there allway frendly and courteous. I drive 18 miles out of my way to do business with them.keep up the good work guys.

Watch out for these people. They will swindle you out of your cash and smile at you while they are doing it. Paid my interest for 60 days on an item and picked it up the next week, guess who got screwed out of $25....I was lied to and you should be ready for the same.

I actually enjoyed going into the store. Chris helped me out alot!!! I got behind on some bills and made it super easy for my to pawn some personal stuff that I got back within a few weeks...I will definitely give THEM A THUMBS UP!!!!

This store has fine down hill so bad. Its like the employees avoid doing there job. They have no customer service anymore. Avoid this store. Took me 40 minutes to get my stuff after I paid them

They give next to nothing but want almost new or more than new prices on 75%of the stock but I will say that Chris assistant manager is starting to improve the place
