Bought a dual shock 3 PlayStation controller and they couldnt even tell me if it worked or not. They werent able to test it out In store either. I never understood why or how they paid people for items that do not function/ turn on. Next time, please test out your equipment before you buy them from others let alone sell them to a customer.

Took my money, did not post to my account, then took my merchandise. They are some damn crooks!!! Pay very close attention with dealing with them, they will rob you. I guess they dont have cameras working in there, because they did not even offer to look at the cameras to see what happened that day. I was just called a liar!!!

I had been to this pawn place four times in last three months. The associate working are polite and prompt. I never had to wait in a queues for more then few minutes even though on one ocassion there were good number of people waiting in queues.

Valarie offers great customer service, she tries very hard to get you the money you need. Store always clean and the other employees I interact with are very polite and caring. Although there are many people waiting, its never too long.

This was the best pawn I ever visited . All the employees were very helpful. I really liked the Hispanic lady that doesnt speak a lot of English. She is very Cute and was very sweat and helpfull . Best customer service ever.
