Just to make sure i have the right place, my review is about the store located next to Walmart in hickory creek, TX. this people have the worst customer service in any video game store i have ever purchased in, i was there 4 days ago and purchased a brand new x box 360 (black) , 5 games, an extra controller around $800 as a Christmas present. when i got there i tried to ask for advices on what kind of system should i get and which games are appropriate for a 10 years old, the guy there just gave me that look like i was wasting his time, i DO NOT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT VIDEOGAMES!!! and i felt like the guy just wanted me to leave him alone, they did the same thing for a lady looking for pc games or something, i am guessing this guys know a lot about video games, good for you guys but some people like me dont have the time to play anymore that is the reason i approached you for advice. i ended up getting a bloody game for my son. I understand that the store had a lot of customers at the time and you were busy, but i work on the customer service field too, and i am sure they know this is not an excuse. I would not recommend anybody to purchase anything in this store unless you want to have a bad experience, go to target or walmart instead, the reason i purchased here was because other places where out of stock and i did not have the time to drive around looking for the system.

The employees were rude , did not inform me on any of the latest games nor took the time two explain any questions that I had. The game that I picked out I returned the next day. The only reason I can guess why this location is still open is because of the youth in the area , I also tried to trade in a game that they were selling for $40 and they offered me $3 for the game which is ok to me because I understand business and they need to make money themselves but I would never go here to trade a game in or do business with them again

Great staff. Christopher helped me find some games and recommended a game based on what games I like, and gave me a list of pre orders for the year so I wouldnt miss anything. Best customer service I have ever had at a game stop.

Only one associate, taking time forever with one customer. No greeting or acknowledge either. After 15 minutes waiting put the items down and left. Very bad customer service.

Love the people always so hopeful, right when you walk in the door youre greeted and welcomed. I go there a few times a month just to look around haha!
