The stores seem to be thought out well, and the staff are also trained well, or they only hire awesome people. The online customer service however leaves something to be wanted. They say they will contact you within 24-48 hours however i waited a full 3 business days with no response until finally i sent them another email. They responded an hour and a half later, not to help me, not answering the question i had, but to tell me i need to call them. I work 7 days a week and am old school and have no phone. I brought this to their attention and 3 hours later no word back from them.

The staff is very good about all of your gaming needs. They can tell you about most of the games there and give you their opinions on them. They can help cater to your particular interests as well. They are also very quick to help you even if there is a lot of costumers in the store at one time. They do a pretty good job there. I do agree with the other review about trading in games for little return, but really thats just the nature of the game.

Other than the story being terribly small (almost claustrophobic), I have received excellent customer service every time Ive visited. They dont give diddly squat back for used games and charge tons for the same when THEY sell them but I guess thats business. Ive had no real problems that would need reporting. The staff was highly experienced and knew exactly what kind of games to suggest for my particular desire(s).

Nice people nice prices what is there not to love the people that work there are nice and everything! I dont think there was ever even one time that I was disappointed! Thats right, never disappointed me ever! So if u dont like them its not game stops fault its yours so stop complaining! Also people sub to my YouTube channel samsterbot2000!
