My wife purchased a hp pavilion x360 the day before Thanksgiving. Paid full price (we could care less about Black Friday) and bought two other items as well. To our dismay the screen would not "light up". We did not have time to return to the store Wednesday night due to them closing. This Best Buy store had advertising that they were opening at 5 thanksgiving day for Black Friday, so we decided we would just exchange it then because she needed it for work fmy wife and I work on the following "blackFriday"). I was amazed when the staff told me "no reruns on Black Friday ". I asked for the manager and she told me the same because the didnt have the register to do it (every register was open making sales).... She followed with "per corporate no returns this day". (I called corporate in the parking lot and verified this) What the Hell kind of customer service is this! She might as well told me "we would rather take more sales than help you." No where in writing did I see "No returns on Black Friday" or on my receipt. Needless to say I am returning my broken POS computer and the other items we purchased. I am cutting my Best Buy cc in half and taking my business elsewhere from now on.

They MANAGERS do not know what the words CUSTOMER SERVICE mean. They are rude and insulting. After getting the run around trying to "find" my laptop after I ordered IN THE STORE and paid for it, was told I need to call the store the morning my laptop comes in so they can put it aside for me, then they told me that I couldnt have my anti-virus updated to renew on the day I got the laptop without going home and getting it, the manager so rudely told me that if Im not happy, then i can simply return my laptop since I did get a good deal on the Cyber Monday specials. He acted as if I should be grateful for getting a good deal. How is that good customer service? Its not like I was asking them to bend over backwards but after a week and a half of dealing with issues just trying to get this laptop that I had already paid for, all I wanted was someone to genuinely want to help me out.

Bought a dishwasher and it was scheduled to be installed a week later. They showed up to install and the dishwasher was broke. They left with the pipes dripping under my sink. They delivered another dishwasher a few days later and it sat in my kitchen uninstalled..Best Buy wanted to schedule the install 5 days later which would have been now 2 weeks. Multiple phone calls to different departments, managers at the Mansfield, Texas store and no satisfaction and no speedier service and no answers of a prompt resolution....They dont have a prompt answer on how to fix the problems that can go wrong on the installs because its not there installers...3rd party vendors who are booked up. I had to get it installed at my expense...called an installer and had it installed within 3 hours of calling....Thats what they should have done.....

I had bought TWO Tvs from this location a year ago and got the Warranty just incase! A few weeks ago one of the Tvs went out and I took the Tv back and tried to get it fixed but was told it needed to be replaced. While I was at work my wife went and tried to get the Tv we were promised and was told by CLARENCE the Salesman of the month the she needed to call a number but when we called the number we got the run around? So I went up the and sadly Clarence was off but ended up taking care of it myself and got another Tv. I sell cars and dont even treat my customers this way Maybe thats why CLARENCE is salesman of the month selling tvs? I can say I will Never spend another dollar in best buy Period. I do not recommend this store in anyway take ur money else where. Save the Headache

Bought a Lenovo computer at this store. Had many issues with this computer. Bought the protection plan so they could work on it. They could never fix it so they replaced it with a new one. In the process bought another Lenovo for my wife in the process. A month and a half later both computers cheap out. These are my work computers and I cant work unless I have them. The manager on duty said he could do anything about it that I would have to send them off for them to determine if they couldnt be fixed. Ya what am I supposed to use for the 2 months that this is happening. This store has lost my business for life. I would not recommend anyone to shop here for computers since they wont honor fixing a problem with the merchandise they sell.

Bought a TV that I was assured was a smart TV. They had 2 in stock. After waiting for half an hour at checkout, it turns out that they lost the two that were in the inventory. 30 minutes later, I was told I could come back the next day (I live over an hour and a half away) or I could get the one they had in Waco (an hour away). I bought the TV and left. Fast forward 3 days: I went to pickup the TV in Waco. They did not have anything waiting on me, apparently it was not communicated to the store. I picked up the last TV they had, but had to return and re-purchase the product. I got it home and it turned out that it, in fact, was not a smart TV. Massive run-around.

I went this store just to get a power adapter I found on the website. First, asked the person up front where they were. She just pointed to a area and walked away. So, after looking for awhile I found one. However, it was not the one I wanted and was marked down because it was opened. When I asked a salesperson if they had any new ones he said no. Ive never been comfortable with open boxes. On the way to register I decided to look again. I found an entire rack of them. I told the salesperson. He was surprised. Im really disappointed in this store. It used to be great. Now they just have uncaring youngsters who dont care about their customers. Very sad.

I had to return a cell phone accessory. It was a simple cell phone cover. The CSR sent me to the cell phone dept. and they gave me the 3rd degree about my reason for returning it. Telling them that the cover was ripping was not good enough. They asked me if I bought it from this store, how long ago did I buy it, could they see my Drivers License (a new policy now). They were completely rude for a $50 phone cover. I wish I could say that I will not do business again but it was just the cell phone dept. that I had a problem with.

Some of the workers do not know what they are talking about so you have to go around and ask other workers, until you find a diligent worker that knows what they are talking about and help you. Im very big on customer service so I get bothered when they are rude, belittling me, or not doing their job except talking to their coworkers. Other than costumer service, they practically have almost everything you need there, just best to check online first so you dont have to deal with a smart attitude from a worker there.
