I went in with my daughter to pick out a birthday cake. She was 10, we were looking through the book when the girl came over after watching us for several minutes and finally asked if she could help. When we said what we were looking for she told us it was in the back of the book and that we would need to pull hard because the binder was broken, so my daughter did as she stated and all the pages fell out. We started helping to pick it up and apologized and the girl had the audacity to say, well, most people dont let their kids play with these things!! I was like, WHAT?! she wasnt playing with it at all!!! Then instead of taking our order she tells me it was too far out to take the order and to call back the week before the party. We were only 2 weeks out from the party. So we leave and I call in the middle of the week and am told its too late to put my order in for that following Saturday. I have gone to other walmarts and had no problem and yet again I was able to go to a different walmart and get my cake in time. This walmart is rude and disrespectful across the board. Not a fan.

This is the worst most inefficient pharmacy I have ever been given my business to. Today I went to Walgreens on 407 and Walmart to pick up two different prescriptions. Both pharmacies had my meds ready, but had to take my new insurance card and run it through the system. At Walgreen I was out in 5 mins. At Walmart in Highland Village I was told to wait off to the side while they run my insurance. After standing in a sick infected area for 30 mins I check on my order, and the pharmacy employee replied "I havent started on it". After I voiced my option of the situation they were able to complete my order in 5 min. They were very kind about the situation, and seem like good people. However, the inefficiently, low number of employees or low standards of customer satisfaction (or all) makes this the worst run pharmacy I have EVER experienced.

Not a good experience. I waited in line for self checkout and a fat lady with a cart full of stuff. I was waiting behind a guy customer at one of the self checkout stations and when he left I was next in line, and the fat lady was in front of the guy before me and she said she was next. I looked at her like oookay. She said didnt you see my cart? She said she was already in line. How was I suppose to know that?!?! The guy working at the self checkout line wasnt doing his job. Had he done his job to redirect the fat lady and help her out then she wouldnt look like she was hijacking a self checkout station. Do you jobs right! I left Walmart feeling like crap because I had to argue and was rudely spoken to with another customer.

Dear Customers: Be careful what medications you pick up in the drive-through lane at the Walmart in Highland Village. I also believe all of Denton County is now aware of one of the side effects of my medication. PHARMACY REP: MAM, ARE YOU AWARE THAT ONE OF THE SIDE EFFECTS OF YOUR MEDICATION IS CONSTIPATION????? (VERY LOUD) Me: Yes, I am and I have spoken with my doctor. PHARMACY REP: NOW YOU SHOULD KNOW YOU SHOULD NOT TAKE CORRECTOL, YOU MUST TAKE A STOOL SOFTNER, AS A STIMULANT WILL MAKE THINGS WORSE FOR YOU. Me: Yes, I am aware. I am also glad I did not have a visitor in the car with me. Really? Think people, think!!!!!!!!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I purchased 3 same led bulbs(price at $6.78) at a Walmart and I found one of them was a wrong led bulb. I went this Walmart and try to exchange the wrong one to right one but a female employee at the customer service said that I had to pay more for that. But I paid same amount for all 3 bulbs already and I had no reason to pay more. She kept refusing to exchange that bulb and I finally got replacement after store manager came in and fixed this problem. No one apologized to me at the customer service.

Leslie at the pharmacy was wonderful today. Ive been having trouble processing my prescriptions through Medicaid. She got the one I got today to go through and then I had to pay for another one the other day so I brought my receipt back and she was having a lot of trouble getting that to go through so she called Medicaid and was on the phone with them until they got it right. We were having getting my refund and she was great helping me through that I got my refund and I really appreciate her. Great job Leslie!!!

I called this store to see if an item was in Stock like it said online, after having a botchef order for that problem at another store. I offered to provideo the walmart store item number to be absolutely sure, but no, she just wanted the name of the item, so I gave it to her. She contacted the manager and then came back swearing up and down they just dont have the item. While I was in the area I decided to check for myself. Not only did they have it, they had 3 boxes of it. Either the manager is stupid or lazy...

I been too many walmarts in the dallas area but none quite like this one. They exceed in many ways.They have a very clean store the customer service is excellent plus they have a great selection of merchandise and also they have a bicycle shop inside the walmart.If you live near this walmart please make the time to come visit you wont regret it.You wont miss it there is a 3 story high pecan tree in the middle of the building.

Walmart Pharmacy: I was completely disrespected, not only today, but in the past as well. As a healthcare provider myself, I certainly take care of my patients and their needs, however Walmart Pharmacy in Highland Village, TX has failed me and my family time and again! Very unfortunate as they could be so much better and caring would be a great start! To completely fluff someone and their needs to the curb is unacceptable!

This Walmart is made differently thank all other Walmarts. It is cleaner and much bigger. The frozen section is huge. They lights goes on as you walk by and goes off as you walking away. The staff is very nice. This is a very nice Walmart. We call it the 407 Walmart :-) and we love to come here instead of other Walmart. Also, because, they have the Dunkin Donuts built inside this Walmart!

This Wal-Mart has the best service and great staff but people who are shopping they stare to hispanic people like if they dont have the right to laugh specially a baby of 11 months is crying or screaming they come to you saying can you make that baby stop crying is annoying .But they see a white boy crying they go like what an a cute baby. They dont complain. This is called racism.

This rating is a fat 1 of 5 for the PHARMACY. My wife just attempted to use our Walmart sponsored and supported Rx discount program and the man taking her request refused to even attempt to see what the savings would be compared to our insurance discount. Terrible, terrible service and a missed opportunity for him to promote the brand that feeds him. I am very disappointed.
